Harish dialed Samar, "Beta Bhaisaab hain yahan, unke office mein hoon main"
Samar had a cloyingly sweet greeting for Ranjan

"thats why I aske who is he with. Can I talk to Jha? I have his number" Ranjan said looking up his phone book on the PC
"Bhaisaab Samar is saying he is beneath you, you should not work with him directly"
"arey Harish I am working with him directly, I gave up my agent because you said so" Ranjan reiterated
"Beta is there a threat to your life?" Ranjan asked directly just like his son
"uMM... not explicitly Tayaji"
"What is an implicit threat?" he asked patiently
"Ummm... u know... he said... "Excelsior and I hope to be working for long, its partnership, I have contacts in Jharkhan and Nepal" etc
"Yeh ko koi dhamki nahi hui"
"Tayaji these guys are like that only" Samar explained
"We have not signed anything... I spoke with my lawyer... he says legally we are not bound" "Unless there is fear of life"
"Tayaji, "long term partnership" aur kya hota hai aap batao?" Samar argued
Ranjan heard something like bangles in the background or necklace he couldnt be too sure...
He looked at Harish... Harish looked away
"Neena nahi gayi na?" Ranjan asked innocently
"Arey no Tayaji this is not a place for a good woman" Samar declared
"My numbers for Jha are not adding up puttarji" Ranjan leaned sipping his coffee
"Main samjha nahi" Samar said
"I have a ROI model that compares Jha's lots with Chaubey's with Jain's ready made buildings, even with enhancements and improvs, we are getting out in a better situation" Ranjan said
"Yaha ki construction to raddi hai Tayaji" Samar was offended
"Maybe we can lease?" Ranjan interjected
"Bhaisaab do we plan to open in Bihar or not" irritable
"That depends on if Samar's life is under threat or not" Ranjan said calmly
"Ummm... kya matlab" "I didnt understand" Harish mumbled
"From what he is saying to me there is no clear and present danger to his life" Ranjan essayed Samar's opinion
"Tayaji Jha's papers are clean I cannot say the same for Chaubey and Jain"
"Papers? we can have them analyzed by the lawyers puttarji" Ranjan said
His phone was ringing off the hook this was unnecessary drama, his time was better spent on managing his business instead of trying to resolve land deal fracas
"Bhaisaab, Samar is brave he is not saying everything out in the open, there must be something"
"when is your flight back?" Ranjan enquired
"If we close then tonight" Samar said
"if we dont?" Ranjan asked
"ummm... woh to phir dekhna padega tayaji" Samar squirmed
"Aap lauto, give an assurance to Jha and leave Patna... I need more time to think... Patna DG se baat ki hai maine kal" Ranjan lied
"Arey Bhaisaab why did u involve them in family matters?"
"He is my nephew Harish" Ranjan sniggered
"But hes my son Bhaisaab. I want him to be safe"
"he will be" Ranjan said firmly
Before disconnecting the speaker he said "Samar aap apni flight details text karen mujhe" he said calmly
Harish looked dazed he had come in to celebrate a "land deal" but didnt know what just happened
Ranjan texted R&B "You seemed to have used Calendar year instead of Fiscal for cash inflows in your ROI model, if u used Fiscal Jha is actually
