^ Sorry im too lazy to write a big reply...i just wanna point out that wi-fi doesnt cost much...bt the cheaper electricity and water charges cost huge...i even know some ppl who were thrown out from BSES just bcoz Delhi govt had not paid bills and company did not have the money...so there is a huge backlog already present...It will depend on Kejriwal how he manages the funds...I just dont want him to redirect money from important projects or start dharna against Centre for more money..if they are able to budget it all nicely then well and good...il be more than happy to have cheaper electricity and water bills😆😆
