Mahesh's Secret

In the episode aired on 19th November,Mahesh was seen telling something to Jatin (in mute) and then,he was shown telling that no one in the family knows about this secret,and that,if someone comes to know about Kabeer's marriage they will be ruined and no one will be able to help them.

What was the secret he was talking about?Was anything about it shown in the earlier episodes?
