Revised Rules for all Appreciation Threads in IPKKND...EBP Section

Hello IPKKND...EBP AT members 🤗

With the on going things in the ATs of the forum, we felt the need to revise the AT rules, inorder to address the recent concerns and issues in the ATs.

Here are the new revised and improvised rules for the ATs, which will be enforced from now on.

Rules:

Appreciation Threads: The these threads are mainly to appreciate, say things about the actor/character in a positive light and appraising the talent/looks/performances/style etc . A thread where all the fans of the Actor/Character/Couple can discuss what they like about the actor/character without being subject to any criticisms or negativity . Constructive criticism towards the actor of the AT is allowed as long as the criticism is not offending or inciting.

Spamming: Spamming is against IF COC as mentioned here India-Forums.com- Participation Guidelines & Rules.What is considered as spamming ?

Continuous posting of single or multiple pictures, creations, emoticons, quoting Pictures and using emoticons, continuous posting of comments like "XYZ rocks", "I love abc", "Abc u are the best" ONLY to finish the pages of the AT or to increase the posts WILL NOT ALLOWED from here on., Any members involved in any sort of spamming henceforth will be addressed via PM, repeated spamming will lead to Warning Level rise and continuous spamming by more than one member of the AT, will fetch a Warning note for the AT and repeated violations lead to locking the AT. And all spam comments, which falls under the spamming category (pics, creations, emos etc) , will be deleted without further notice.

Stalking : Stalking other ATs and reporting them only with the intention to get the other AT closed will not be allowed and members involving in stalking and reporting will be strictly dealt with.
If any AT gets a DT note, please DO NOT assume it's reported by other fans and start reporting the other AT and it's members. Such stalk/reports will NOT be entertained.

Bashing: Please refrain from any negative/bashful/insulting comments against any actor/jodi/characters. If members of an AT are caught discussing other actors/couples negatively, then AT will be held liable for it and may be subject to warnings & eventual closure/Ban as follows.

Discussion of other Topics/ATs/AT Members/Forum members: Any sort of discussion or comments regarding other general topics/other ATs or other AT members or forum members are strictly prohibited, failing to do so, the members and the AT, will be strictly dealt.

Quoting : Quoting of pictures/creations and long posts is NOT allowed, other smaller posts can be quoted for a maximum of 3 times. Please use @ symbol instead of quoting

Creation of new ATs: New ATs can be created only after reaching 120 pages in the current AT. When creating a new AT, all posts related to the AT creation must be completed on Page 1 ONLY. Page 2 of new AT can be used ONLY when the old AT reaches 150 Pages. No continuous posting of creations to create a new AT. All Creations related to new AT must be posted in a single post on Page 1.

Contents in an AT : All discussions related to actor's performance, looks, style, dressing and personality can be confined to ATs , also any poems/versus written for the article can be shared in the respective ATs. and keep the discussion of story tracks to a minimum, when they do not directly relate to the actor/character of this AT , in particular when they imply stating negative opinions. However we do allow minimum chatting in ATs, provided it is related to this AT alone.

Admins/Monitors of the AT: Members who are responsible for opening the AT will be called the Admins/Monitors and they must report the troublemakers or problematic members of the AT to the DT in a timely manner, so that the AT/other genuine fans are not penalized. Here the Admins have a big responsibility and so we believe them to be totally unbiased as the whole responsibility of a AT is on them

Closure of ATs- When an AT reaches 150 pages, hit the report button and add this "AT reached 150 Pages", the DT will close it as we can not have two ATs open at the same time.

Admins of the CC - When the AT is about to end, please wait until one of the AT admins create the next. If the assigned admin for a certain AT isn't around, drop in a quick PM to one of the Dev Team members (hinz or munnihyderabad) to open the next AT, any other ATs which are made by any other members will be closed without further notice

If the DT sees more than 3 people breaking the AT rules constantly for a week, the effects of violations will kick start, which go as follows:

First Violation - Warning Note
2nd - Another Warning Note

3rd - Another Warning Note
4th - Close the AT for 24 hrs (1 Day)
5th - Close AT for 72 hrs (3 Days)

6th - Close AT for 1 week (7 Days)

7th - Get rid of AT completely from the IPKKND-EBP Forum/Shift it to Celebrity Fan Club Forum

Having said that, please do not assume that every report submitted by opposite fan group will be entertained. We will go through the reports and only if we find the report valid based on above rules, then we will speak to the Admins of the AT and action will be taken accordingly as stated above.

NOTE: All AT admins are required to post a link to this rules thread in each of their appreciation threads for members to be aware of the rules at all times.
