Zaroon agrees for his engagement with Asmara. Even after a go ahead to his parents, he is still
not sure about taking this relationship forward. He is unsure about the future of this relationship.
Back at Kashaf's home, Shanila clears her exam, Hammad has just passed her exam, murtaza
creates a scene blaming hammad and nigar for his poor results. Sir abrar calls zaroon and kashaf
over to his office, where they meet first time after their fight in the library, both have no
complaints against each other, sir abrar is surprised. Meanwhile, Zaroon & Asmara get engaged.
The entire family gets together for the happy occasion. Next day, their engagement is the talking
point at the university. Maria seems to be upset after looking at huge engagement ring of Asmara,
she asks kashaf what does she feel about the engagement, kashaf feels nothing she says. Later,
sidra says how the most eligible bachelor of the university is now going to settle & he leaves all
the girls heartbroken. girls run after money & money is not everything says kashaf, but character
& values. At zaroon's home, cracks start showing in sara & farhan's marriage, zaroon tries to
resolve the issue, but he gives up after gazala & sara perpetually blaming Farhan. Kashaf requests
mother to sell off jewelry, to continue Shanila's studies. Shanila leaves for further studies. As
expected kashaf comes first in her class, she is happy that she had beat zaroon behind, junaid is
happy that this unexpected result has done him good, zaroon looks sobered down. He accepts his
losing from kashaf gracefully, he seems to change for good. Kashaf has got job offer of lecture
reship, she is willing to take it up, so that she can contribute more in the family. Zaroon notices
personality differences between both him & asmara, did he do the right thing by getting engaged
to her, he wonders!!!
