Raj gifts Avni a new dress and asks her wear it, Avni sees the dress and is upset with Raj as the dress is too short. She wears the dress and comes in front of Raj. She scolds Raj for behaving in an undignified manner and asks her to get out. Avni later sees the bill of the dress and realizes that the dress was not meant for her. Meanwhile, Bhavna decides to give Arpita the puja plate, but she stops herself from doing so when she realizes that Suketh is following her. Meanwhile, Avni manages to go back to the store and finds the gift that Raj wanted to give her. She later gets stuck in the store as the owner seems to have closed the store and left, but just then she finds Raj there too.

Raj and Avni are locked up in the store of the mall and there Raj entertains Avni by wearing various costumes present at the store. He suddenly sees a man outside the store and calls out to him. Raj is unaware that the man is Abhaas and continues to ask him for help. Abhaas agrees to help him and opens the shutter of the store after taking the keys from the guard. He gets a shock when he sees his sister Avni and Raj together. He shouts at Raj and asks him to never meet his sister Avni again. Abhaas tries to convince Avni that Raj is not a nice person, but later Raj and Abhaas get into a fight with each other. Later, Avni asks Abhaas to accept Raj and wants this as the 'raksha bhandan' gift.

Abhaas decides to meet Raj alone and does not allow Avni to accompany her. Meanwhile, Savri Bua finds out that the members from the orphanage are going to visit Madhuri and Jashn. Savri decides to make a plan to make these members take Puja away from them. She speaks to Puja and asks her to do all the work of the house just like Madhuri does. The orphanage members see Puja doing certain household chores and assume that Madhuri and Jashn are treating Puja as their servant. But just then Avni arrives and clears the misunderstanding. She informs Madhuri that Savri Bua was responsible for all this. Later, a misunderstanding is created between Raj and Avni.

Avni requests her brother to spend quality time with Raj. Meanwhile, Savri Bua finds out from the orphanage people that her plan had foiled. Next day, Savri Bua comes to Madhuri's house with a box of chocolates. Madhuri talks to her about what she had done and asks her to never meet Puja again. They both get into an argument and after a while Savri Bua leaves the house. Meanwhile, Abhaas asks Raj to prepare a wooden cabinet, Avni helps him prepare the cabinet but Abhaas finds out about it. Later a man walks out of Abhaas's room in a bad condition and he blames Abhaas to have beaten him up. He asks Raj to come to college as his witness.

Savri Bua joins the orphanage as a trustee but her intentions are not right as she still wants Puja to leave Madhuri and Jashn's house. Meanwhile Raj attends the hearing against Avni's brother Abhaas as a witness supporting the professor. Later, Raj comes to know that the professor was only trapping Abhaas. He makes a plan to foil the professor's plan and during the second hearing all other students who were supporting the professor go against him. The professor is stunned at this but later comes to know that Raj was the cause of this, Abhaas and Avni also find out that Raj was responsible for turning the case in their favour. Later, a boy threatens Abhaas aby saying that he will cause harm to Avni and hearing this Raj gets furious and beats up this boy.

Avni is convinced that her brother Abhaas is not going to change his decision about Raj and decides to leave him alone. She later decides to apologize to Raj as she feels that Raj is too upset for what has happened. Meanwhile, Suketh misses his son Akshat and is about to mail him and ask him to come back, but seeing Akshat and Arpita's marriage photo he gets angry and decides against it. Later, Madhuri gets shocked when she learns that Savri Bua is now a member of the orphanage. Later, Raj sees Avni crying while apologizing to him and feels upset. He forgives her but gets scared when he sees that Avni has sent a love letter to his e-mail id and realizes that Suketh reads all his e-mails. Meanwhile, investors are unhappy with Suketh's way of working and decide to file a complaint against him.

Savri Bua insists on meeting Madhuri's guests and takes Puja to the room, but just when she is about to open the door, Jashn comes with a couple and introduces them as his guests. Meanwhile, Raj tries to delete the mail sent by Avni from Suketh's mailbox and while doing so he finds out that Suketh's company is going through some major problems and learns about a crisis meeting with the investors. Later, Raj and Avni give this information to Akshat and he decides to not let the company suffer any kind of insult and decides to help his father. Next day, Jashn locks Akshat inside the house by mistake.

Akshat is still stuck inside the house and hence makes a final decision. He somehow manages to trigger the fire alarm of the house and hearing this one of the neighbours call Jashn and inform him about a fire in the house. Meanhile, Avni feels that Raj has been smoking and has kept it a secret from her. On the other hand the meeting does not seem to be going well for Suketh and his family. But just then Akshat arrives and takes matter into his hands and saves the reputation of the company. After giving the presentation and saving the investors of the company, Akshat and Arpita take leave of the family in spite of Abhaas insisting on them stopping. Later, Raj tells Avni that he does not smoke and proves it to her, Avni realizes that she had been mistaken. Meanwhile, Abhaas finds out that Raj has made plans to make Suketh realize the value of his son.

Savri Bua finds out everything about what had happened in the office and tries to speak to Suketh against Arpita and Akshat but Suketh stops her and walks away. Savri Bua hears Akshat's voice when she by mistake calls Madhuri's house. She sees Akshat and Arpita in Madhvi's house and gets furious. Meanwhile, Raj comes to Suketh and is trying to speak to him about his problems but just then Savri Bua comes and accuses Raj and his family of keeping Arpita and Akshat in their house. But to Savri Bua's surprise, Suketh thanks Raj for providing home for Arpita and Akshat. Raj tells this to Akshat but he assumes that his father had said it in a sarcastic tone.

Avni orders some clothes and give it to her father and her brother. Suketh sees another shirt lying on the bed and wonders for whom that is. He later hears her talking to her friend in an excited manner about giving the shirt to someone special. Suketh is confused as to who is this special person in Avni's life and thinks that she has a boyfriend. Avni understands that her father has started to doubt about her. Later Raj informs her that he is coming to Suketh's house wearing the shirt gifted by her. Avni manages to avoid Raj coming in front of her father wearing the shirt gifted by her.

Avni informs Raj that she cannot meet him as she is busy with some other work but she gets surprised when she sees him in the house. Raj does not get scared when he sees Suketh coming but Avni is surprised to see Suketh not scolding Raj and instead encouraging him to continue his work. Later, Raj tells her that Suketh himself has asked him to find out if there is somebody in Avni's life and hence he can now freely meet Avni. Meanwhile, Savri Bua asks Akshat to keep a watch on Jashn and Madhuri and see if they are being good parents for Puja or not. Savri Bua later sends a lady to Madhuri's house in order to prove that Madhuri and Jashn are not good parents. She throws Puja's ball in a vessel of hot food and Akshat sees Puja trying to take out the ball from the vessel. Akshat calls Savri Bua to inform her that she was right about Jashn and Madhuri.

Suketh asks Raj to leave Avni to the college, while on the way she gets a call from her brother Abhaas and learns that her article on women empowerment has been selected by a reputed university. She and Raj together celebrate this achievement by having dinner outside. Avni arrives home and sees her father waiting for her to have dinner with her and celebrate her success. Avni feels disappointed for having upset her father. Later, Raj and Avni decide to concentrate on uniting Akshat and Suketh. Raj takes Suketh with him to see Akshat giving an interview to their rival company. Akshat refuses the deal and praises his own father in front of the rival company's manager. But Suketh left from there without seeing his son standing for him.

Savri Bua comes to Madhuri's house and tells them that Akshat is a proof that they are not being a good parent to Puja. She decides to take Puja away from them in spite of Madhuri and Jashn requesting her not to do so. But the members from the orphanage tell Savri Bua that they are here to take take advice of the other trustee of the orphanage. Savri Bua gets confused as to who this other trustee is but gets shocked when she learns that Arpita is the other trustee and Arpita speaks in favour of Jashn and Madhuri. Meanwhile, Suketh gets locked up in the storage facility and the storage facility catches fire. Akshat sees the fire and rushes towards the storage facility. He somehow manages to break open the lock and starts searching for Suketh. Raj gets to know about the fire and rushes into the storage facility and rescues the two of them.

Akshat gets up from his bed and goes to Suketh's room to meet him, but Savri Bua does not allow him to meet Suketh and asks him to go away. Raj gets angry seeing this and informs Suketh that it was not he who had saved Suketh but it was Akshat who had saved him. Savri gets furious seeing Raj there and asks him to get out. Later Suketh goes to meet Akshat and shocks everybody by saying that he wants Akshat to take half of his property and leave the city. Akshat feels that his love has lost the battle and Suketh does not care about him and Arpita. Avni feels very upset seeing this and decides to get a few questions answered by her father.

Pratap gets extremely upset knowing that Savri has not decided to change her mind and will continue in her attempts to snatch Puja from Madhuri and Jashn. Avni feels bad that her father is not talking about Akshat with her and tells this to Raj. Raj promises to Avni that everything will be fine within the next day when Avni's mother Bhavna will return home. Meanwhile, Abhaas comes to know about his borther and father's accident and feels that everything is going wrong because of Raj's stupid ideas. Next morning, Akshat and Arpita decide to leave Madhuri's house and go to Mumbai as per his father's wish. Raj and Avni trying to stop the two of them. New confidence is seen on Raj's face as he promises to get is brother and sister in law back!
