Sachin Parikh to essay a prominent role in CID-Taarak Mehta integration
Popular shows on television have its own loyal audience, and when an integration is about to take place between two popular serials, viewers can look forward to a visual treat and entertaining story telling. Well, this is exactly what one would be treated to in the integration episodes of SAB TV's Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Neela Telefilms) and Sony Entertainment Television's CID (Fireworks Productions).
Actor Sachin Parikh, who has been part of shows Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha, Haunted Nights - Kaun Hai Woh? and is presently seen in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon - Ek Baar Phir, will play a very interesting role of a guy who would be the main link for the coming together of both the popular shows.
Sachin will enter Taarak Mehta in tonight's episode (7 July), and will play the character of Ajay Deewan, a new resident in Gokuldham Society. The man would come to live in the flat owned by Taylor, which was lying vacant for years.
His entry will create a lot of intrigue and mystery as his behaviour and attitude will be very fishy.
A source states, "The guy's weird nature would put a doubt in the minds of the residents of the society. They would keenly observe him, and on finding him mysterious, they would summon the CID team to investigate on the matter. This will bring the CID team to Gokuldham Society."
The plot will thicken when the guy would appear in the society in various different get-ups. He will be seen donning a beard and moustache, and the very next moment, he will be seen in a Pathan's look. All this will create an air of suspicion in the viewers' minds too, with them wondering whether this is one person donning different get-ups or whether there is more than what meets the eye.
When contacted, Sachin Parikh confirmed the news of him playing a significant role in the CID-Taarak Mehta integration saying, "Yes, this will be a cameo for nearly two weeks. I will be seen entering Taarak Mehta in tonight's episode. The best part of this role is that it will have a very mysterious outlook, and I will get an opportunity to don various different looks.
