hmm, when you're making tags, make use that you're using a transparent background! If you want to make a png, then save it for web! file>save for web!

I think its a PSD!
althouth sure looks like an orange-ish/brown-ish gradient has been used on it as well :)
seperately, on each icon! then stacked !
