Episode starts with Ishu shocked seeing Raman there.. Raman says that he doesnt want her to treat him but Ishu tells him off that he wouldnt get any emergency doc on sunday so to let her do her work..Ishu is treating him when her bangles hurt and he asks her to remove them off.. Ishu does and then tells that she needs to give him stitches for the wound is deep and says she will give anesthesia but a smaller dose since he's drunk.. Ishu plays a prank with a big syringe as she remembers Mrs Bhalla's words of Raman being scared of injections.. She finally gives him proper injection and is treating him when a tear rolls down..
Ishu asks him if its paining too much when raman blabbers out the truth of ruhi not being his daughter and that Ashok said to him in the party that Ruhi is Ashok's daughter.. Ishu shocked and understands why he's behaving like this post the party.. She brings him home and makes him sleep.. ishu wonders if what raman said, he really meant and why he feels the same.. She decides to find out the truth..
Next Morning, Raman wakes with pain after alarm rings.. Raman asks for pain killers but Ishu says no and asks him to be quiet or else she will give him big injection.. Mrs Bhalla comes asking what happened and sees Ishu is not wearing bangles and scolds her saying she asked not to remove for a month and says its a bad sign and says that Raman got hurt only cause of her.. Ishu tries explaining but in vain.. Raman asks to stop it while Mr Bhalla asks her to wear it..
Mihir comes with office files and meets Mihika at staircase.. They are planning to bring Ishra close and decide on Carrom competition for Ishu was champion in college and so was Raman.. Mihika talks to amma and appa and they agree and decide for the day after for its a holiday..
Raman comes for Breakfast when Simmi calls from her Dubai and enquires about Ruhi.. Ishu notices the similarity in Raman and Ruhi's doings and self talk on why Raman cant see Ruhi being his daughter when she can clearly see it.. Raman tells her not to talk to herself or he'll have to send her to Mental Hospital.. Raman gets to leave when Ruhi wishes him Get Well Soon..
Mihir and Mihika make posters and are talking about Ishra when they realise that they are perfect for eachother as they are pretty similar and that there should be love between them.. Amma comes there saying coffee is ready and gets embarrassed but Mihir handles the situation..
Ishita comes home and greets Mr and Mrs Bhalla but Mrs Bhalla walks off and hears her talking to Mr Bhalla about Raman and Ruhi's habits being same.. Mr Bhalla says Ruhi is his carbon copy.. Mrs Bhalla thinks Ishu is controlling her hubby and gets annoyed.. Ishu comes to bathroom and finds it dirty and wonders if Raman was doing Bhangra in Bathroom when he taunts her that he was doing Bharatnatyam and taunts of her appa.. Ishu closes the door and cleans the floor.. She wonders how Raman thinks Ruhi isnt his daughter and wonders what to do when an idea strikes her.. She decides to get DNA done..
