Please donot think too much about it!  The more anxious you get
the harder it is and one tends to eat even more.  Best is to
cut down your portion size.  Its great you dont eat wheat as it
has lots of carbs.  You can have more salads, fish, eggs... stuff
that you love!  I lost 27 lbs. just eating sensibly.  Good luck my dear.
