The beautiful and talented Shraddha Musale better
known as Dr Tarika of CID ( Sony TV) now wants
to try out varied roles on television. "I will love to
adorn glamorous saris and essay a vamp. I also
want to try out adventurous roles something along
the lines of say a Cat Woman for I am tall and have
an athletic frame as well. I have the dates for I
don't shoot for CID much. If the above offers come
in forms of cameos, it will be better for I have
recently tied the knot and also need time for my
family," shares the actress.

Ask as to what makes her 16 year long crime
show tick, she says "I guess it's simplicity and
freshness of the episodic stories which attract
audiences across the age and sex divide.
Sometimes people make fun of it, yet they do
watch. We all want to guess who is the bad guy? I
am surprised when people come up to me and tell
me that they even watch re runs. I can't
understand how they do it?"

Shraddha enjoys more with the female gang (Janvi
Chheda and Ansha Sayed) on the set, "We discuss
personal life and normal girly things while getting
our make-up done or chilling out in the green
room. Normally two female actresses don't get
along, but here there are no issues for I am part of
the forensic team and not part of the investigative
unit, so there is no competition of sorts. Also I am
very lucky to have good natured female co actors."

Can't the romantic track between Dr. Tarika and
Abhijeet (Aditya Srivastav) be further highlighted?
"No that would take away from the original theme
of crime investigating. This interlude is used as an
instrument to lighten the atmosphere and add
some fun and spice ."

Besides CID, Shraddha has also done other shows
such as Shobha Somnath Ki, Love U Zindagi etc
but sadly the projects did not do to well.

"I really loved by tom boyish character CJ in Star
One's youth show Miley Jab Hum Tum . I got a lot
of fan following for the same."

We wish you luck and success Shraddha!!!

Abey are these people mad to ask for more of the A-T track?!!

At least Shraddha knows that people won't like it. ๐Ÿ˜†
