I think u should make same no. Of Frames in AVIs as stack with diff no. Of AVIs will look ugly as AVI having less frames will appear white everytime 😊

P.S : just a suggestion ! Don't mind plz... As dont knw how to stack AVIs having diff. No. Of frames !!

I know it looks ugly but getting the same number of frames is quite difficult, so I wanted to know if there is an alternative way

then you have to put the texture in normal mode and then with a soft brush and with opacity around 50/60  delete the part of the texture that there is above the gif anf then you can apply some effects or apply a glass/scratch type texture
