OS: Solace in your arms (After kidnapping track)
Hi! 😃 This is an OS I had written after watching the scene where Khushi brings the tea tray for Arnav on that night when Arnav returns home after the kidnap track and then they hug and all but that was not enough for me 😆 So, out of frustration, I had written another version 😛

She walked into the room. Her eyes were searching for him.
Where was he? Shivers ran along her spine. Had he left her alone all by herself again? Slightly panicked, she swiftly went towards the poolside. She closed her eyes in relief as she saw him sitting on the floor, leaning against the wall, his arm resting on a bent knee. He was staring at the sky full of twinkling stars. He looked worn-out, tired and weary.
Tears filled her eyes. He affected her. His presence mattered to her. She was so happy he was back... But she couldn't deny that she was hurt that he had had such a misunderstanding about her. She felt a sudden urge to burst into tears. She turned around, closed her eyes and let her tears flow. All of a sudden, she heard a faint and weak whisper, "Khushi..."
Her heart skipped a beat.
She felt her breath quicken and her heartbeats accelerate.
She turned around, looking straight into his eyes...
His eyes were captivating, begging her to come to him. She slowly walked towards him. Each step she took from the French doors to him made her feel more and more alive.
He raised his hand forward to her. Her trembling hand moved ahead to hold his. She shivered as she felt his hot touch. He pulled her to him and sat her on his lap.
He looked into her innocent hazel eyes. They were full of love, trust and expectations. As he saw all these emotions, he felt his stomach clench. How could he have been so cruel to such an innocent person? He had hurt her beyond forgiveness. Despite everything, she saved him, putting her life in danger.
He felt tears threatening to come out. He would never be able to tell her how much she was worth to him.
Right now, in his heart and mind was a turmoil of emotions. Where could he start? He had so much to say to her yet he couldn't find words. Would sorry' be a good start? He didn't know. He just knew that he needed and loved her more than anything.
In his eyes, she could see repentance, guilt and an ocean of love. She reminisced the past few days. It had been sheer torture. Every single instant spent without him was painful. In brief, her life had been hell. But she had realized one thing; she loved him. Her heart ached thinking about what he might have gone through. She slowly moved her hand to his face and caressed his cheek tenderly. He slowly closed his eyes and beamed at her touch.
He suddenly felt his throat choke and let out a heartwrenching sob.
And that was it. She felt such an overwhelming feeling of love for him and couldn't fight it anymore.
She threw her arms around his neck, crushing him to her. The hot tears flew on her cheeks, wetting his maroon shirt. He closed his eyes, embraced her tightly like never before and pressed her more into his arms. He breathed in her sweet scent and buried his face in her hair.
Finally.
There were no misunderstandings, no charade. There was just him and her. She caressed his head and kissed the side of his neck gently, with so much love. She needed him in her life. She wished time froze and that he remained in her arms forever.
He smiled between his tears. She had forgiven him. He could have happily died at that moment.
They pulled apart after some minutes, smiling and sobbing at the same time. Arnav cupped Khushi's delicate face. Their foreheads touched. They reminisced all their beautiful moments, their fights, their denial of love, their moments of sadness and their passionate moments. At the end of which they had realized that they madly loved each other.
He lowered his lips ever so slowly and took her lips in his, pouring out all his love to her. She closed her eyes in bliss and kissed him back with all her heart. Their tears mingled together. How they had both longed for this... To be with each other, to belong to each other. They kissed so slowly, so tenderly and caressed each other. It was beautiful.
As Anjali came to give Arnav his usual tea, she saw the two lovers sitting there, at their magical poolside, lost into each other. She smiled delightfully, happy that they had finally united. She quietly put the tea tray on Arnav's laptop table and left the room.
Arnav's lips broke from Khushi's. He let his lips linger around her mouth, occasionally placing tender, small kisses around and on her lips. Khushi could not express what she was feeling... it was too ethereal for words. He looked into her eyes and caressed her face. He promised himself that he would give her all the happiness in the world and love her till the end.
Arnav stood up and picked Khushi up in his arms. He carefully placed her on the bed and covered her well with the blanket. As he walked away to go, she held his hand. He looked at her. Her eyes were pleading him not to go away from her.
She moved to the middle of the bed and pulled his hand. Touched at the heart, he slowly lay down on his front, his face facing hers. She snuggled even closer to him. Her hand moved forward, lingered on his cheek and finally reached his hair. She held his hair and slowly pulled him forward. He closed his eyes. Their lips brushed and Arnav let out a soft groan. She closed the remaining distance between them and softly kissed him. After a few seconds, they broke and she bent her head up to kiss his forehead. She saw tiredness in his eyes and dark circles around them. She felt tears prick her eyelids. Her love had gone through so much and seemed dead exhausted.
He let her bury his head in the crook of her neck. He closed his eyes and hugged her. He breathed in her heavenly smell and slightly smiled. After a few seconds, she felt his even breathing which indicated that he was already fast asleep. She held his head and placed it on the soft pillow, putting him in a comfortable position, laid on his back.
She watched him.
His eyes were closed, his face relaxed and his lips slightly parted, swollen from their kiss. He looked so cute and innocent. She loved this man. And she knew that she couldn't live without him. She needed him because he completed her.
She switched the lights off, covered them both and cuddled to him. She kissed his cheek before closing her eyes, resting her head on his chest and holding on tightly to her life, her Arnav. She dozed off into a peaceful sleep...
