i agree that there is a biased feeling towards VD. but wat fault do IF have in that?? they are not in control of who gives IV or not. they can only make a request but Palki ma'am or who ever handles it has to also allow right it is not from free will of VD or IF can't force. so it's unfair blaming IF and saying their least bothered. cause i'm sure they also as a media want to get in touch with VD.
