Lord Brahma has 3 wives according to my search:- Brahmani, Gayatri & Saraswati
Credit:-  Wikipedia
  1. BRAHMANI:- In Hinduism, Brahmani (also known as Brahmi and Brahmayi) is a kind and benevolent aspect of Devi, the Divine mother. Brahmani is associated with the Hindu creator god,Brahma as His consort or Shakti (power). She is one of the seven Mother Goddesses called Matrikas. As KULDEVI:- She is an aspect of MahaSaraswati. An aspect of Adi Shakti, possessing the Rajasi Guna and hence is the source of Brahma's power. Many Kshatriya clans consider Her to be their Kuldevi. The Dodiya Rajputs also worship her as Kuldevi and Ishtadevata. The Rakholiya Leuva Patels also worship her as Kuldevi ma.The Aamaraniya Nagda Doshi worship her as their Kuldevi and have constructed a beautiful Jaagrut temple at Nana Jadeshwar near Wankaner Gujarat. Godara clan of Jat worship Brahmani Mata as Kuldevi. They are belong to Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan.
  2. GAYATRI:- Gayatri is the feminine form of gayatra, a Sanskrit word for a song or a hymn, having a Vedic meter of 3 padas or lines of 8 syllables. In particular it refers to the Gayatri mantra, and the Hindu goddess Gayatri as that mantra personified. PORTRAYAL:- Gayatri is typically portrayed as seated on a red lotus, signifying wealth. She appears in either of these forms:
    • Having five heads with the ten eyes looking in the eight directions plus the earth and sky, and ten arms holding all the weapons of Lord Shiva
    • Accompanied by a white swan, holding a book to portray knowledge in one hand and a cure in the other, as the goddess of Education.

She is an aspect of Mata Saraswati, a form of Adi Shakti, possessing the Rajasi Guna and hence is the source of Brahma's power. Without her, Brahma remains dormant or unable to create. HYMNS:- Recitation of the Gayatri Mantra is preceded by o?  and the formula bhur bhuva? sva?, known as the mahavyah?ti("great utterance"). This prefixing of the mantra proper is described in the Taittiriya Aranyaka (2.11.1-8), which states that scriptural recitation was always to begin with the chanting of the syllable o?, followed by the three Vyahrtis and the Gayatri verse. Following the mahavyah?ti is then the mantra proper, the verse RV 3.62.10: In IAST:

    O? bhur bhuva? sva?
    tt savitr vre?(i)ya?
    bhrgo devsya dhimahi
dhyo y na? pracodyat  Whereas in principle the gayatri metre specifies three padas of eight syllables each, the text of the verse as preserved in the Rigveda Samhita is one syllable short, the first pada counting seven instead of eight. Metrical restoration would emend the attested tri-syllabic vare?ya? with a tetra-syllabic vare?iyam.
Picture of Devi Gayatri Illustration by Raja Ravi Verma. In illustrations, the goddess often sits on a lotusflower and appears with five heads and five pairs of hands, representing the incarnations of the goddess as Parvati, Saraswati etc. She is especially identified with Saraswati.:-

Thanks for sharing.
But as far as I know, Brahmani is just the feminine form of Brahma, not his wife. Like Mohini and Vaishnavi are feminine forms of Vishnu.
There is a story regarding Saraswati and Gayatri.
Once Lord Brahma decided to perform a Yagna, so for that he invited all the gods and goddesses.
SO all the gods began chatting, while all the goddesses went to the make up room (don't blame me, it is TRUE; Saraswati goes for a bath and starts putting makeup)
So Saraswati is putting makeup and all the goddesses are helping her. Just then Brahma has to start the Yajna. But without his wife he cannot start. BUt here his wife is getting ready.
And she says, "2 minutes!"😆
And Brahma keeps calling her repeatedly and she doesn't come. SO Brahma gets irritated and tells Indra to find another wife for him.😆
Meanwhile all the goddesses come to the Yajna, except Saraswati.
Indra finds a gopi called Gayatri and brings her to the Yajna. Brahma and Gayatri marry off quickly and begin the Yajna.
Just then Saraswati comes after her makeup session and sees what has happened during her absence. She gets very furious and hurls curses at everybody, starting from Brahma.

Brahma: You shan't be worshipped anywhere!
SHiva: You shall be worshipped only as a linga, not in your own form!
Vishnu: YOu shall be bereft of your wife for a long time!
Indra: You shall never be secure abt your throne!
Agni: ALong with purifying things, you shall destroy things also
All the goddesses: YOu all shall never be able to give birth to children!
AFter these "blessings" Saraswati walks off

And then Gayatri modifies the curses:
Brahma: You shall be respected as Creator
SHiva: SHivalinga worship will be very prominent
Vishnu: YOu shall get you rwife back once again
INdra: Each time you are insecure, Vishnu or SHiva shall save you
Agni: Even though you shall destroy things, you shall be the greatest purifier
Goddesses: YOu can have children by other means.

Later, Saraswati accepts Gayatri as her sister.
Bizarre story, don't you think?!!
