Can someone help me?

I have airtel mobile no. I'm receving cricket updates suddenly and i'm being charged for that. I tried to reach "stop service" number but i'm not able reach it. Network busy is the message i'm getting. Is there any other solution. I didn't subscribe to any such service.

Yeah my mother's mother is a pure vegetarian. Actually we should be vegetarian too but for decades people have been non-vegetarians. My GM is very strict. She sprinkles ganga jal at the drop of a hat.
