NEED help with animation shop?

ok plezzz someone help me i have psp7 i am always half way through about putting glittter on borders but the part where it has animation shop there i totally confused😭

plezz help the glitter wont move 😭

i am having the same problem to but i don't understand how to put a color background on it! 😕

thats easy u just choose acolor and go on add borders there ur color added
