ok u need to send a balloon to other members.... do u see a drop tab with each member.. just click it.....in the menu bar before the pm option there is a ballon contest. clickin on tht will take u to ur own contest page where u will see some ques. send by others...

u have to answer them... if u answer wrongly or not wiithin 24 hrs since the ques was asked u will be splashed with a balloon i.e. u will have one exra in ur tub...

now the person who finishes all the balloons first is the winner
