Antony Worrall Thompson

Antony Worrall Thompson's passage to culinary stardom has not exactly been smooth. In 1981 Antony opened Mnage a Trois in Knightsbridge (widely known to be the Princess of Wales's favourite restaurant) to abundant publicity and reviews: it was the only restaurant in London to serve just starters and puddings. He is also a prolific writer, having published many cookery books, written a weekly column for Saturday Express for more than 10 years and currently writes a cookery column for The Express on Sunday Magazine where he has the longest serving recipe column on a national newspaper. One of Antony's many other interests is his passion for organic farming, growing many herbs and vegetables for his restaurants and he has created his own range of food and non-food products.

Ching-He Huang

This was followed by the launch of TZU, a healthy soft drink that had a Chinese heritage.Ching was given a cookery series on TV at the beginning of 2005 called Ching's Kitchen after several cooking stints in the show Great Food Live.

Dave Myers

Born and bred in Barrow-in-Furness, Dave Myers' versatile skills have taken him to some unusual places. He worked as a furnaceman in a steelworks whilst a student, to finance a degree and postgraduate studies in Fine Arts at Goldsmiths, where he studied egg tempera and the work of the Old Masters. His career has taken him from Hollywood to the African deserts.  He's also travelled extensively away from work, picking up recipes and cultures almost as fast as he's made friends all over the world, not the least of whom is Simon King, Dave's boon travelling companion and the other half of the Hairy Biking duo.
