I always thought that there is an incredible resemblence between tanvi and lea michelle from

heu.... i think only her eyes :)

Sorry Dear! but I dont find them alike too. i found Tanvi very look alike the one of the female hindi film/TV actress. i dont know her name but she plays often character roles  in both medium. she was Bano Mati ( haed servant) in  serial Raja ki aegi. i thought may be she Tanvi is her daughter but but didnt find any clue for this.
