Geet and Rahul FF where???

A few days back I had read an FF in which Geet had left Maan and was living with Rahul (from DMG) and also working in Sanjeeevani as a receptioninst.

tera dimaag toh theek hai na, pagal dmg has finished. by the way what does ff stand for?
