The Indian version of Dancing with the Stars, "Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa" is ready to kick start the journey of its 4th season on Sony entertainment television from 12th December. A premier episode will be aired on this day where all the 12 participating contestants will be introduced by ex-Jhalak stars and some of the big names from the entertainment industry.
Few names who will be join Jhalak team on 12th December will be Sholay star Dharmendra, his ex-wife along with her daughter Hema Malini and Esha Deol, Band Baaja Baarat star Anushka Sharma, Bidaai famed Parul Chauhan (Ragini) and Kinshuk Mahajan (Ranvir). This mega introduction of the stars will be followed by 1st competition episode on 13th December.

Yes Sony has kept the 12th man under wraps who will be introduced only on 12th December 9.00 pm.
This time the contestants will face the challenges of both Indian and western style of dancing. Amongst the Indian they will be performing on Street Dancing, Swinging 60s, Disco 70s and Superstar special to name a few. Western category will comprise of Shadow dancing, Blindfold, rope acts and mid-air dancing.
The three judges are Dancing Diva Madhuri Dixit, electrifying item girl Malaika Arora Khan and Master choreographer Remo D'souza. All three of them are experts in their respective fields and have sweared not to make it easy for the contestants.
Mona Singh erstwhile Jassi and actor Sumeet Raghavan are the hosts of the show who promise the viewers the best of entertainment along with encouraging the contestants.
The show claims to be better than all the three past seasons. According to the producers, the show will be a wholesome and clean entertainment which will encourage family viewing. BBC productions are the producers of the show.
Let's hope that the show really lives up to the new benchmarks it has set in terms of innovation and creativity. Only time will tell whether the show will be a success or not.
