Story Starts in Thirunelveli, In a House where marriage arrangements are on to welcome the groom, Vathiyar is getting ready for his daughter Meenakshi's Marriage, His students are arriving there to attend the marriage with their families. Shakti is one of his students who still not married joins his friends n have some happy chit chat. Groom Rajaratinam is welcomed by Vathiyar's family, all are coming in, groom is in search of meenu  but finally catch hold her sister Selvi and sent a gift to bride which is a mobile and pass on an info that he wanted to talk to her that night in terrace as tomorrow they would become Husband & wife. Selvi conveys the same and convince her sister to go & Meet him as she didn't spoke him from the day one of their meeting. Meenu Meeting Rajaratinam in terrace & have some formal chit chat and comes back, But Rajaratinam is happy on this meeting. Next day morning all are getting ready for marriage, Iyer is looking for groom all are searching for him & finally got to know he is not there in home. Vathiyar is totally broken & doesn't know what to do next. His students are consoling him as they would bring the groom back or we will arrange a new groom and get the marriage done.Vathiyar is still more confused. All guys are convincing Shakti as he is the only eligible bachelor in their gang and they have to help their master as he is source of their current good life, after great thought shakti agrees for it and get married to Meenakshi. Both are in embarrassed situation as they don't each other. Vathiyar thanking shakti & sending meenu along with him to his house with all seervarisai. On the way Meenu is checking what is her husband name? Shakti replies his name. Both reaches home, he tells more about his family that he have 4 brothers, father & their status in the town. His Family didn't accept the marriage. Devaraj family who are totally against ayya's family & their groW*H becoz of the marriage which didn't happen for Mallika (Devaraj's Sister)& Murugan(Elder Son of Ayya).Ayya is deserting meenu in family ,Out of all shakti's brother somu is very much against her in the family. Amutha who is Shakti's  Murai ponnu(athai's daughter )who is about to marry shakti as they  were love is shocked to hear about shakti's sudden marriage, who is enforcing him to send off meenu back to her home whenever she get a chance, So that they can get married. Meanwhile Rajaratinam turned up & hears that meenu got married to some unknown person got irritated as he loved her so much. Even after he knows that meenu is married he wanted to take her back as he believes that meenu loves him and reaches thirunelveli were shakti 's family is residing. Shakti & Meenu leads an unlikable life, Dhana athai is putting effort to bring them together. Ayya is forced to conduct a reception to announce shakti ' meenu marriage to town as he is heading local business community centre. Meenu started to get calls from Rajaratinam as she carried the gifted mobile with her without her knowledge.Once it got over heared by Amutha , She started ploting some new plans with rajaratinam to send meenu out of the house. Vathiyar is relocating to town as he was not happy with the way he got treated in shakti's house by somu & his dad, for which dhana athai is helping him by giving her home for rent. One after other Problems are arising all, but in all those times shakti is always in meenu's support in safe guarding her. Still Shakti feels meenu is away from him , He shares the same with his master meenu's dad, he meets meenu & advice her to get adjust with family& Should get him good name, after which Meenu started showing interest on Shakti but becoz of Rajaratinam's Continuous pesture & disturbance ,she is not able to near Shakti. On the reception day as per amutha's plan Rajaratinam calls meenu and did a suicide drama, there comes Shakti in search of meenu saves him & both of them admit him hospital and reaches back to mandapam and carry on the reception. The same night family arranges their first night, both started to share their liking's to each other but due to amutha's planned call they goes back to hospital to check on rajaratinam's health. Amutha is boosting rajaratinam by telling more about meenu & make him to act like a mad against meenu. Meenu started her mission at home by start preparing food for all at home, Makes Murugan & Mallika to meet again and set some timeline for their marriage. Get two wheeler agencies for shakti to pull him towards her, thru mallika passes her wish of honeymoon & get it arranged for the same. On the day leaving she got kidnapped by Rajaratinam as per amutha's plan. After great difficulty meenu is getting escape from him & reach home with shakti, but somebody kills Rajaratinam. Shakti is getting trapped for it. Now Shakti's Rescue from case is on....
