Yestarday's episode was a blend of everything that had made GHSP so popular before all the MU track had started.
Perfect Adi with his nasal laugh, perfect Bubbly Geet with her non stop talk and of course perfect Maan with his show of anger to hide his inner wishes and feelings.
The way Maan had asked her about the file, the way he knowingly persisted to make her remember their intimate moment in each other's arms, creating a cucoon where they had been surrounded by all the people in the room but were both remembering the moment while looking at each other,the whole room was so oblivious to the undercurrents of glorious tension that both were experiencing and on top of that the naughty look that came into Maan's eyes as he saw the blush on Geet's cheeks.
The way he took away the one paper which would compel her to go after him. We got to see our old MSk in him when he interacted with ADi, when he showed disinterest while Geet was rattling off her reasons for working quickly, the only time he was irritated was when she repeatedly went on saying she wanted to go home. How could he agree to that when he had so succeeded in bringing her to the office so that she could be near him all through the day.
And the look that came to his eyes was priceless when Geet in her irritation and anger told him that she had wanted to prepare a surprise for him, WOW!!!!!
Their relationship had been so unique till date as both had been able to understand each other without anybody else's help, which was reinforced again when both understood the other's point of view and went forward to pacify the other.
Then that takkar.........................which used to be an everyday occurrence earlier in their office scenes was there ..........and when she landed on his lap......we got our non-stop, bubbly, chatterbox in Geet once again , with our Maan enjoying not only her words, her expressions but also the fact that she had yet not realized the fact that she was sitting on his lap.
The words and the expressions on both their faces in the instant when Maan holds her close and she blushes........................priceless again.
I understand that the Cvs need new people to stretch the seriel to 6 days in a week, but will still request them,.........
If u can keep this amount of symmetry in each of the episodes, with Maan and Geet without any MUs, together facing everything u can go ahead with anything.
They are the essence of the show, and yestarday u had succeeded in satisfying at least 99% of all GHSP lovers, as it was a perfect blend of nok-jhok, humour, understanding, love, romance, attraction, attention, friendship(when Adi tries to shield the file from Maan thinking Geet would get scolded, knowing nothing of the truth) and anticipation.
So, go on delivering such episodes and we can promise u that ur TRPs are never going to go down.
