No I understand what you mean, it's important to be versatile in a competition like this one. But as Summerji has said, being the best in a genre will take him very far and give him a name of his own.

that's his fan page. Simi told me a while back that Ranjeet has a Facebook personal account. i didn't add him b/c i thought it was a fake. she later told me it was a fake, and now she is not sure!😆

all others can sing better ghazal than this poor fellow.
