Yuvraj tortured by cops....
Yuvraj is lying down in his ward bed, when Bhosle & cops come into his room. They close the door, and Bhosle signals them to work on him. One of the cops tells Yuvraj that sleep time is over, and confession time is up, and starts beating Yuvraj w/ his stick A nurse rushes into the room, telling them that they can't treat a patient like this. Bhosle shuts her up, and then tells her that behind that innocent look was a villain who killed an innocent blind girl. He tells her to leave the room, and make sure nobody disturbs them Yuvraj begs her to stay, but Bhosle shuts him up and the nurse leaves.
The cop then resumes the beating of Yuvraj, but soon, Bhosle tells him that he has a thick skin, & so to strip him naked & then beat him. This really scares Yuvraj, & he begs them not to remove his clothes, and confesses that he had wronged Sandhya, and so while he was driving, she decided to kill both of them & struggled w/ him for control of the steering wheel, and while he escaped, she died. He begs them to punish him, but not strip him naked, and then gets down on the floor.
...in Prabhavati's dream
Prabhavati wakes up w/ a start - everything above was in her nightmare. Puru wakes up, and DK, Pankaj & Sarla come into their room. Prabha cries that they'll get a confession from Yuvraj out of duress (such confessions are inadmissible in court if proven, Prabha) DK & Pankaj try to reassure her, but Prabha tells them that she's never had such a nightmare b4. Pankaj tells her that she was the one who always gave them hope, & if she loses it, how will they survive?
DK gets furious and starts ranting against Savita for making the case so strong (DK, had you not lied through your teeth, the case wouldn't have been so strong. Switzerland? Gwalior? Business in Pune?) He wants to reduce Sandhya's sisters to shambles, but he can't - they'd immediately be the object of suspicion. He says that he'll have to force Savita to take back the case. Prabha doubts that she will bend, but DK tells her that those who don't bend snap, and she'll either bend or snap. Pankaj asks him how he'll pull that off, and DK says that he has a way, and that all of Sandhya's sisters will have to get out of the way of Yuvraj's relief.
Sandhya asks to talk to her tais
Sandhya is feeling out familiar objects like fruits from a fruit bowl w/ her eyes closed, stating what they are and then opening her eyes to see what they look like.
Gayatri & Manik join her, and Gayatri asks her what she's up to? Sandhya tells her that she's syncing her idea of things to what she sees. She was just 4 when she lost her eyesight, so she doesn't recall clearly what things look like. She recognizes things by touching them, but can't recognize things by seeing them. That's why she's first feeling them, & then seeing them, and it seems to her like she's in a new world
Gayatri tells her not to worry and that she'll be used to it soon enough. She'll also recognize the difference b/w humans & monsters, & then realize that her decision to take revenge on the Jagirdars was the right one. She also tells her that she needs to not just see it, but show them the differences as well.
Sandhya then asks to meet her tai, and asks Gayatri whether she knows her sisters. Gayatri says she does, and Sandhya asks to meet them. After Neeraj, her sisters are her only support. Gayatri tells her she will, but asks her to rest. Gayatri tells her that she'll arrange for her to talk to Savita.
Pankaj confronts Sarla on letter
Pankaj is sitting on his bed sullen, and Sarla joins him. She tells him that he hasn't been talking to her properly the last few days. Pankaj tells her that she rubbed him the wrong way by going against the Jagirdars. Sarla asks him what he's talking about, and he tells her that she lied to him when she told him that she tore up the letter addressed to Savita. He then asks her that if she tore it, how did it end up w/ Savita? He adds that thanks to her letter, they put Yuvraj's arrest under a non-bailable warrant (Pankaj, that happened earlier, thanks to all the lies DK wove and which Yuvraj was stupid enough to feed to the cops) As a result, Yuvraj is in a low rent govt hospital, and everyone is tense over that (Uh, and you blame Savita & Sakshi for being upset about the fact that as far as they know, Sandhya is no longer around?)
Pankaj asks Sarla whether he's to tell them that his wife is behind their current woes? He says that it was good that she didn't sign that letter, or else, everyone would have thought that like Sunita, she was out to undermine the family. He tells her to pick a side - the Savratkars, or Jagirdars. If he wants to pick the Savratkars, go to Savita & tell her everything - that they are frauds & murderers. But remember - she won't be able to use sindur again, for when DK strangled Shyamrao, Pankaj was w/ him helping him. So if DK is hanged, so will Pankaj be, and Sarla will be a widow. So does she want to get Sandhya justice, or does she want to save her marital status? (Sarla, remember that Sunita too stands to become a widow if this comes out, but she's doing whatever she's doing out of fear, and to save her parents, not her suhag. Maybe discuss this w/ her.)
DK meets Jayesh's debtor Dipesh
DK is w/ Dipesh, the debtor who once lent Jayesh money (and who suggested to him that he sell his FIL property to pay off his debt) He tells him that while he can't recover the money he lent Jayesh, he can certainly humiliate his family in retaliation. Dipesh asks him what he wants him to do. He asks him to humiliate them in such a way that they don't raise their sights again. He then gives Dipesh an envelope (presumably w/ wads of cash), and Dipesh tells him he knows what to do.
DK then says that he'll see what Sandhya's sisters do to them once they themselves are under a mountain of trouble.
Sandhya gets used to seeing things😆
Sandhya is being given objects by a nurse, guessing what they are and then seeing them, like sissors, wallet.
Outside, Gayatri & Manik are discussing the issue. Manik asks if she wants him to bring Savita? Gayatri tells him that if her sisters know that she's alive, they'll drop the case, which she doesn't want (Gayatri-ji, if they also find out that the Jagirdars killed their father, they're certainly not going to kiss & make up w/ them) She wants the Jagirdars to twist & turn under this case, which won't happen if Sandhya's condition is known. She wants to see the Jagirdars on their knees, so that she can do to them what she hasn't been able to until now. She asks him to keep an eye on her so that she neither goes anywhere, nor tries to commit suicide again. As for her sisters, she'll manage that.
Dipesh confronts Jayesh, gives him an ultimatum
Savita wakes up Jayesh telling him that Dipesh is waiting for him outside. Savita complains about him, and tells Jayesh to meet Dipesh away, since she doesn't like him. Goaded by him, he opens the door & goes out to see Dipesh.
Jayesh tries to take him outside, but Dipesh is pretty hostile and tells him that when he wanted a loan, he invited him in for tea, but now, when it's due, he tries to take him away. Jayesh asks him to simmer down and takes him inside. He tells him that today, he'll leave w/ his entire money, complete w/ interest. He invites Dipesh to sit, but Dipesh tells him he has no time for that, and needs his money.
Jayesh asks for time, but Dipesh loudly tells him that he has been stalling on that endlessly for the last 3 months. Jayesh tries to explain that there was his SIL's marriage, FIL's funeral & wife's hospitalization. Dipesh tells him that that's not his problem, and that he just wants his money.
Jayesh now angrily asks him where would he get money if he didn't have it, and Dipesh gives him grief for asking him to simmer down, while he himself shouts. He then suggests that he send his wife w/ him, and he'll take her to his boss, since nowadays, housewives are in big demand. Jayesh loses his temper again and is about to assault him, when Dipesh tells him that if he has such problems, why doesn't he promptly repay him, since it's been 3 months already? He then tells Jayesh that if he doesn't arrange to be repaid in 2 days, he'll arrange something for him. Savita looks @ him shocked & disgusted.
After Dipesh leaves, Savita asks Jayesh why he had taken such loans? Jayesh tells her that Shyamrao had needed some money for Sandhya's wedding, which was why Jayesh had borrowed it from Dipesh & given it to him (How come Shyamrao didn't think of approaching Adi or Mohan, who seemed a lot better off financially to help?) Savita is shocked to hear this, and Jayesh tells her that her father had planned to repay him w/ his pension & other funds (which obviously wouldn't materialize if he died) He tries to reassure her that he'll do something.
Savita asks him how much did he borrow? Jayesh tells her that it was Rs2.3 lakhs. Savita is stunned.

Today, unlike recent episodes, I didn't like the turn of events.
For one, both Gayatri Devi & DK have spies that Russia's FSB would be proud to have. While Gayatri's spies find out that the Jagirdars killed Shyamrao & Neeraj, DK's spies get him Dipesh, & w/ him, the achilles heel of Jayesh, and hence Savita. With it, since Savita can't even hold Jayesh responsible since everything he did was for the sake of her father & Sandhya's wedding, they're now both vulnerable to Dipesh. There is no way Savita can raise Rs 2 lakhs in 2 days, no matter what she does, and so their only way out would be to take money from the Jagirdars that would cover any outstanding debt of Jayesh. This way, the Jagirdars can get them to drop their case, and also tie in the silence of Sakshi, Shradhya & Shreya. But I can't see how that'll happen w/o Bhosle becoming even more suspicious. Another thing about that loan - Shyamrao couldn't ask Adi or Mohan to pitch in - somehow, they seem better off financially than Jayesh.
I didn't like Gayatri Devi either. While I don't begrudge her her settling whatever scores she has w/ the Jagirdars, it's cruel of her to keep Sandhya from talking to Savita just b'cos it'll get them to drop the case. Hopefully, if Savita drops the case, then Gayatri might let Sandhya talk to her, since there's nothing to be gained by preventing it. However, I do hope she doesn't try to deceive Sandhya into thinking that she's talking to Savita. Oh, & one more thing - I don't like Sandhya assuming the Vrinda identity, and I can't see myself calling her that.
As for the nightmare, there's no way cops like Bhosle would torture their prisoners to squeeze confessions, since they'd be wanting to get to the truth, rather than have confessions to show as trophies. Didn't like that part, until it turned out to be a dream out of Prabhavati's lurid imagination.
