FV starts by saying that all women, of all ages or backgrounds, have one thing in common - in their kitchens, they must have it set up exactly their way, and don't like it being tampered w/. He asks how Savita can just lie in the hospital, when she's always fed everyone w/ things she cooked herself (oh, puhleeeezzz, for Pete's sake, stop making such excuses for your daughter's irresponsible behavior!!! You are a guy, demand that your daughters be rational and not just emotional)
Savita is back home, tending to Swati. Jayesh tells her she shouldn't have left the hospital w/o telling the docs. Savita asks him whether she should have waited for all 3 of them to land up in hospital (oh, please, stop being so overdramatic!!!) She tells him not to say anything, since he had simply been lying thru his teeth all these days. In fact, he's even teaching his kids to lie.
Savita continues that she would have asked Sakshi to bring food, if it was so difficult. Jayesh said he thought of it, but after the flare-up b/w Sakshi & Adi on Janmasthami, he decided not to be the cause of more friction b/w those 2. Savita tells him she would have asked someone else in that case. Anyway, since she's back, she'll put everything right. 🤔
Priya is sitting @ the dining table alone, & her mom Sarla arrives and gives her a sandwich. Priya tells her that while Prabha tells her that everything is okay, she feels that nothing is 😆 Sarla is depressed to hear that, and so is Pankaj, who's overhearing this from outside. Priya thinks something is being hidden - she's never seen Sandhya-bhabi lying in her room alone for so many days. And if she tries to see her, she's told not to disturb her. Neeraj too no longer talks - just sits alone gloomily in his room.
Sarla tells her that if Prabha tells her that everything's okay, everything's okay. She's not to create more turmoil by asking such unnecessary questions. She tells her to finish her breakfast, and prepare for the exams, and leaves. As she leaves, she sees Pankaj there, but ignores him. Pankaj looks sad as well.
Neeraj is in his room telling an office associate that he won't be able to make it to work for a few days. Yuvraj comes in and guesses that it was a call from Gupta-ji from office. Neeraj asks him why he is in his room. Yuvraj tells him, rather rudely, that while the room is Neeraj's, the house is Yuvraj's, so he can come in anytime he wants. He then tells him that he was just kidding (yeah, right!!!)
Yuvraj then tells him that while their rooms are next to each other, the differences b/w them have grown. He tells him that it took him 4 days to see Neeraj again after the confrontation the other day. He tells him that he has something important to tell him.
He then tells Neeraj that what he did the other day wasn't good. He told Sandhya the truth, but not the whole truth, which Yuvraj is going to tell him now. He reminds Neeraj how he had a friend in the 4th grade - Rahul Jain, who was one day found dead in a water tank. He tells Neeraj that everyone thought that he died after slipping and falling, but that wasn't the case. He had discovered Yuvi's secret, and was mocking him, and so b4 he could expose Yuvi to others, he dispatched him to god. Neeraj is shocked to hear this. Yuvraj continues his tale of his exploits - in the 8th grade, one of his teachers was thought to have died in an accident. In fact, Yuvraj had killed him, b'cos he had found out his secret from his family doctor. (I'm surprised Dr Pushpa Nigam is still alive) He then reminds Neeraj about Reena - his best friend in college. She didn't die of asthma - Yuvraj strangled her. He shared everything w/ her, thinking her to be a friend, but... He really misses her sometimes.
Neeraj grabs him and demands to know how many others he had murdered. Yuvraj tells him there is no evidence - in fact, even in this house, nobody knows about them. He tells Neeraj that he's telling him all this so that Neeraj knows what will happen to him if he dares oppose Yuvraj. He tells him that he knows his secret, and that he too loves his own life. Neeraj throws him off, and Yuvraj tells him that the difference b/w him & the rest is that he has a task of Yuvraj he has to fulfill. He leaves, and Neeraj sits down, noting that all these accidents were in fact murders committed by Yuvraj.
Shradhya is in her room, wearing a new fake mangal-sutra that Rohit has just given her, which is worth only Rs 20. Rohit had told her that she's not worth anything more. Shradhya wonders how she was to tell him that regardless of its cost, it wasn't going to change her fate or anything.
Abha enters, and asks her where her MIL is. She tells him that she's gone to the MahaLakshmi temple, since the Gauri-mata statue had arrived. Abha tells her that there is no dearth of gods here @ home, and that she had to go outside to a temple. He also notes that despite going to temples all these years, she never got any gains from them. She could have looted that place, instead of offering free flowers and offerings. He tells her to pay attention, and tell her MIL this as well - that for a wife, husband is the god, and that her MIL should take care of him first (she'd do well to feed you cyanide & send you home - to the afterlife) He tells her that he's off to visit Swami-ji (yep, why worship gods when you can worship godmen & follow such cults) He'd have to discuss the events @ home as well.
Abha then asks Shradhya whether Rohit is still asleep, and that she's to wake him, but w/o touching him. Incidentally, by slapping her, Rohit touched her, and thereby destroyed one month's of hard penance 😈🤣 He'd have to discuss that w/ the swami some more.
Yuvraj enters Sandhya's room, and tells her that he doesn't like locking her in and isolating her like this. Sandhya tells him she can understand his pain. Yuvraj asks her what her decision is? Sandhya tells him she can obey all his requests but... Yuvraj is upset to hear her say 'but', and starts twisting her arm 😡 Neeraj sees this, but stands shocked, while Sandhya tells Yuvraj that he's hurting her. Yuvraj tells her that she will get hurt if she disobeys him 😡 He then tells her that everyone is waiting for her @ the dinner table, and not to say anything there, but just act like she normally does. He then grabs her and takes her there.
On the way, he sees Neeraj, and then says - heard by both - that to remain in this house, one has to obey him, and if one doesn't, the consequences are regrettable. Saying this, Yuvraj leaves w/ Sandhya.
Sakshi gives her kids the food, and tells them it's very tasty, since she's brought it from the hotel, as she never cooks. Saying this, she leaves all 3 of them and goes back to the kitchen.
Adi goes to her and asks her whether she won't eat, and she tells him that he's filled her up w/ all his insults. Adi begs her to sit w/ him & eat, and let go of her anger. Sakshi tells him that he knowingly always insults her in front of everybody. First, it was @ the hospital in front of tai, and she let it go, but then, on Janmasthami, in front of everyone, he created that scene. Adi tells her that everything he had said was true - when his boss came, she gave him hotel food. Sakshi responds that he decided to take it out on her @ that occasion. She then tells him that there is a difference b/w his boss & her tai 👏 Adi tells her that he's trying to forget all that and fix things, but she won't even give it a chance.
Sakshi asks him if he would have let it go had they been @ his sister's house, and she had mocked his cooking, or other such things? Adi asks her where did his sister come from, and Sakshi tells him that he feels pretty pissed when she brings up his sister, and yet, he doesn't hesitate to insult her in front of hers. She then accuses him of harboring his old resentments against Jayesh, and doing all this to prevent her from doing him any favors. Adi dispairs, and accuses her of mixing everything (hope they'll soon get to the mystery behind Adi's resentment towards Jayesh)
Yuvraj takes Sandhya to the dining room, and orders her to smile, and act her old self, so that nobody suspects that anything is wrong. Sandhya sits b/w Prabha & Priya. Prabha asks her how she is, and she tells her she is better. Prabha tells her that she has become weak, but that today, she'll feed her herself. Sandhya tells her that she'll eat herself, but Prabha insists. She then starts feeding her. Yuvraj pretends to be jealous and asks her whether she won't feed him, and Prabha tells him nothing happened to him, so he can eat himself. Others @ the table chuckle in amusement.
Neeraj observes all this from outside, and thinks to himself that Suni chachi was right - these people are capable of anything. (I know they are, but I didn't get the context in which he said it)
Next morning, Yuvraj wakes up, and finds that Sandhya is not next to him. He panics, and then notices the lock is open, the key still in it, and he feels his pockets. Sandhya had apparently removed his keys and opened the door & left. Yuvraj opens the door, and is shocked, and wonders whether Sandhya has escaped.
FV concludes that while one is happy when one's desires work out as planned, it's not necessary that everything works out accordingly.
So Yuvraj has just emptied his entire cupboard of skeletons on Neeraj, increasing his risks if Neeraj escapes. This is really stupid, and DK had it right in the beginning - instead of opening this to Neeraj, they should have depended on someone else. Instead, by gambling everything on Sandhya & Neeraj, Yuvi is ensuring that it will fail. Incidentally, I don't think Sandhya has escaped, since on Friday, she's supposed to find out that her dad was killed by these people only.
Savita's behavior was just emotional & stupid - wouldn't be surprised if she fell sick again. Jayesh was right, & FV wrong - unless a doc released her, she had no business leaving, no matter what's happening @ home. Also, she's not doing her kids any favors by making them so dependent on her.
So finally, after so many days, Sakshi finally confronts Adi on his behavior, as well as his hostility towards Jayesh. Adi needs to develop some cognitive dissonance - see things from Sakshi's pov, particularly when it comes to helping her sisters. That alone would improve things a lot for him.
While the Abha scene was as disgusting as usual, one priceless gem did come out of it - by slapping Shradhya, Rohit touched her, and for that, his penance became worthless and they now need to talk to the swami. This twist was too funny to this otherwise ugly part of the show - I'm pretty sick of the Shradhya track by now, and have little sympathy for her, given that she chooses to put up w/ it.
