FV narrates that Aditya had been single-mindedly pursuing a career growth, and this he did sometimes by butt-kissing his bosses, sometimes doing them special favors. His new boss Narayan Phadke seemed to expect this sort of pampering, so w/ that in mind, Adi has invited him to his house for dinner.
Narayan Phadke, his wife, daugter & Adi enter their house, and are welcomed by Sakshi. Narayan tells his wife that when she tastes Adi's wife's cooking, she'll know why he praises it so much. He tells Adi that he will be promoted tomorrow, but even after that, he'll continue to raid his tiffin box. Sakshi tells them dinner is ready, and calls the kids as well (Curiously though, today Aryan was missing.) The boss is pretty thrilled w/ Sakshi, and says that the food tastes just like it's from a hotel (i.e. restaurant). Sakshi tells him that home cooked food is never as tasty as a restaurant, and that this food is actually from a restaurant 😆🤣 She tells them that she didn't get time, so she ordered from a restaurant (But didn't she come in yesterday w/ food, send the kids in and start w/ the cooking?) However, she assures him that she had asked them not to make it spicy, and encourages him to have it. The Phadkes are annoyed, and Adi is embarrassed and calls Sakshi aside to the other room.
Inside, Adi demands to know why Sakshi did this? She tells him not to over-react, and that she simply didn't have time. She tells him that she did sms him. Adi tells her that had he read it, he'd have stopped her. He tells her that it had already been agreed b/w them that she'll cook. Sakshi agrees, but turns it on him by telling him that he didn't bother to inform her b4 inviting his boss. Adi claims that he knew that she'd find a pretext for weaseling out of this, since she couldn't bear to see him promoted. Her daycare is more important, and his job is trivial. Sakshi tells him not to drag the daycare into this. He says that that was the reason this happened, and he was humiliated in front of his boss. On one hand, his boss sings her praises, and on the other hand, she's too obsessed w/ her own stuff. Sakshi cuts him short, and tells him she is his wife. He tells her that she's his queen, whom he has dared anger by inviting 4 more people (actually 3).
Phadke then interrupts from outside and calls Adi, and tells him that they are done eating. He however says that they would have preferred it had Sakshi made it. As they leave, Mrs Phadke asks her hubby within earshot why did Adi bother inviting them if they were going to get hotel food? Adi turns to Sakshi and says that he won't be able to face his boss again, and that he wouldn't forget this incident, and nor will he let Sakshi forget it.
FV concludes by saying that while it's said that fights bring couples closer, he doesn't know whether this friction b/w Adisa will bring them closer, or just induce resentment b/w the 2.
Prabhavati is in Neeraj's room, and wants to discuss the events of yesterday. Neeraj tells her that if she wants to discuss that, it's better that they don't, since he doesn't concede that he did anything wrong. Prabha tells him that she knew that that would be his reaction, but he threw cold water on all their plans. She tells him that they were trying to eliminate all the doubts Sandhya had about him so that he could approach her, but he's totally destroyed all that. 👏 She tells him that it's he who has to fix everything he's derailed. Neeraj tells her that while he still respects her, he's not going to support her in any of her future plans, and nor will he allow anything wrong to happen to Sandhya.
Prabha tells him that from now on, he'll have to do exactly what she wants. So far, it was his bari papa who was handling it, which is why she said nothing, but now that so much has happened, she's taking over. She tells him that the same love that has turned him against them will force him to listen to what she has to say. She tells him that he hasn't seen her ugly side. 😡 He fell in love w/ the wrong girl, and if he wants to see her alive, he has to do what she says. Neeraj is shocked to hear this, as she continues that while his moves will ensure that their plans fail, end result will be that Sandhya will be of no use to them, and once they have no use for her, she won't be around. So it's up to him to decide whether Sandhya continues to be of use to them, or not.
Prabha tells her that tomorrow, Sandhya is leaving for Mumbai, and b4 she leaves, he better convince her that all that was just a dirty joke being played on her, and she had better believe it. If he doesn't, then he'll be left thinking about it all his life. She also warns him that she's capable of everything that she threatened.
In Rohit's house, the godman is doing the puja w/ Rohit, who grins @ him. He blesses Rohit, and Rohit leaves and his mom comes in. The godman casts an evil eye on her and she hurriedly bows to him and is about to leave, but he asks her to bow properly. 🤢 She touches his feet, and he touches her shoulders. She gets up, gives him a disgusted look, & leaves, and Shradhya is next. She warns Shradhya to be careful of him.
The godman invites Shradhya to sit near him, and she reluctantly does. He takes her folded hands in his and grabs it, and she demands that he let go. He claims that he's blessing her, but she looks outside and then demands he let go. The swami teases her that she needs love, and that her hubby didn't even touch her for 4 months, and that he'd fill up the vacuum. 🤢 Shradhya breaks free and slaps him hard 👏 He gets up and is furious that she dared raise her hand on him, so Shradhya slaps him left & right some more 😆 telling him that people like him should be beaten w/ shoes in the city center. He now tries mollifying her, but she tells him not to dare address her, and try his tricks w/ her hubby: he's the one who is has blind faith, not she. Also that whatever separation was there b/w her & her hubby was due to him, so he dare not talk about filling any gaps. She warns him that if he dares repeat it, she'll do a puja for his death. She tells him to pick up his stuff and get lost, and starts throwing all his things around 👏 She also warns that if he dares say anything outside, she'll blacken his face and parade him around the city 😆
The godman tells her that he'd never forget this day, but she also might as well remember that her hubby & sasur have blind faith in him, which is what he will use in getting his revenge. He then leaves the room and goes and tells Abhay & Rohit that the puja is complete, and they'll see the results in 3 days. He then leaves.
Jagirdars (minus Puru) are having a war room meeting. DK says that after all this, Puru allowing Sandhya to go to Mumbai is like hanging a sword of Damocles over their heads. Once Sandhya tells her sisters about all this, they'll get suspicious, and all of them will be suspected. It won't take long for them to get to the bottom of this secret. If she goes there for 8 days, she'll give rise to Krishna in the form of their suspicions, and that Krishna will eliminate them like Kamsas (good analogy, DK 😆) He says Sandhya is very astute in dismissing Neeraj's words as a joke, when she knows perfectly well that they were playing games w/ her. He tells her to prevent Sandhya from going, @ all costs. Pankaj says that dada sahib has already scuttled their plans by giving her permission.
Yuvi speaks up and announces that Sandhya will not be stopped. He says there are many ways of stopping her - feigning someone's illness, etc, but some day or the other, they'd have to let her meet her sisters. And even if she didn't go, she could easily tell them by phone. He also suggests that if their suspicions are correct that Sandhya suspects them, they'll play the same game as Sandhya and pretend that they do not know that she suspects them (This is getting interesting in a very convoluted way 😆) He also assures them that he'll be w/ her all the time, and that despite all that, if she did manage to tell anybody and raise suspicions, she'd meet the same fate as her dad. 😡 He tells them to relax and leaves the room, saying that he has to prepare for the trip to Mumbai.
Pankaj tells DK to follow them, and Prabha backs him up, but tells him to do so w/o letting either Yuvi or Sandhya know that he's around. She is afraid that Yuvi might lose his temper and do something rash. DK is thoughtful.
Neeraj tells Puru that after knowing everything, if he's still silent, it's only due to him. He begs him to stop what's happening. Puru pleads inability, and tells him that since he knows so much, he's got to know who's behind all this. It's come to the point where he cannot do anything.
Neeraj asks why, and Puru tells him that while he is theoretically the eldest, all the power is w/ Prabha, since his father left the entire property in her name. When Yuvi was born, everything changed, and when he was 3, she got Puru's dad to turn over the entire property & everything in her name. So today, all assets of the Jagirdar family is in Prabhavati's name. As a result, her edict rules. 😡 She's always used Yuvi's situation to enhance her power, and will continue to do so.
Puru advises Neeraj not to ever oppose Prabha, or else things would deteriorate, and she wouldn't forgive either him nor Sandhya. He tells him that if he wants to help Sandhya, first thing is fix his mistake. Neeraj disagrees that he did anything wrong, but Puru tells him that she is currently suspicious and on her way to Mumbai. He gave her permission so that she gets a break from this environment. He's heard that Sandhya is likely to tell her sisters about all the goings on here. In which case, she'd also tell them what Neeraj told her. Neeraj asks him what's wrong w/ that - at least she'll get the support of her sisters?
Puru tells him that there are no limits to which his family won't go. To this day, everybody who knows Yuvi's secret - either they've met them and hushed it up, or eliminated them. Neeraj has to remove the doubts in Sandhya's mind. Or else, if Sandhya tells her sisters, then along w/ her, the lives of her sisters will be in danger as well. 😡 He tells Neeraj that no truth is more important than anybody's life. He tells him not to put Sandhya & her sisters' lives in danger.
FV concludes that if one is human, one is bound to screw up - sometimes knowingly, sometimes unknowingly. However, mistakes are mistakes, whether done knowingly or unknowingly.
Prabha tells Puru that as far as the question of Neeraj goes, it's up to him to undo the damage
So the Jagirdars are caught in a bind, and since they can't prevent Sandhya from contacting her sisters forever, they've decided to let her go, but w/ Yuvi w/ her @ all times, and DK to shadow them so that in case Sandhya spills the beans, he can off those people. Also revealing is the fact that Prabha has everything in her name, so that Puru can't stop her even if he wanted to. So it's finally out - this serial is about Prabha vs Sandhya. I doubt Neeraj can do anything to convince Sandhya that what she heard from him was a lie, but since she's decided to play along, she'll probably play along and since the Jagirdars have decided to play the same game 😆 of pretending not to know that Sandhya suspects them, this twist is going into several levels. 😆 But most revealing was Puru telling Neeraj that if Sandhya tells her sisters, both her life and theirs would be in danger.
After seeing Sakshi buy vegetables from the market, I was surprised to hear her say that she bought these from a hotel. And somehow, I don't think Adi was that far off when he accused her of trying to sabotage his promotion. After all, even if Sakshi did get this from a restaurant, why mention it at all? Just quietly let them enjoy it, and spill the beans later. I wonder whether Sakshi did actually cook it herself, but mentioned it was from a hotel so that they never bother her again? Also, today, where did little Aryan disappear - Yash was the only kid in the house, aside from the boss's daughter. 😕
The Baba whom Abhay Deshmukh worships today revealed why he had instructed Rohit not to touch his wife - just so that he himself could 🤢 Good for Shradhya that she slapped him silly & read him the riot act. Shradhya would do well to walk out of this marriage ASAP, MIL in tow.
