Hi guys,
Since no one has updated the show I thought I'll just give you some brief updates.
9th March
Smriti is thrilled that Mihir has brought Prem back to her. Purva gives Prem the gift that Sevanthi and Revati had bought before they died. Smriti silently thanks Mihir for what he's done and he smiles at her.
On her way out Purva stops to talk to Kamini who asks her to sit down for a chat. Kamini asks one of the servants to bring Purva something to drink. A conversation begins between Purva and Kamini in which Kamini sweetly yet sarcastically tells Purva that Smriti is running insane. Purva insists that her sister is going through a bad phase and that she has a lot on her mind right now. Kamini tells Purva that Smirit's condition, depression and illness is bound to lead to insanity sooner or later. She then tells Purva that it's a good thing Sevanthi and Revati are dead. Purva is shocked to hear this but Kamini says that it's a good thing her parents aren't alive to see all these things happening with Smriti. Purva breaks down and stands up to leave when Kamini too stands up and tells her not to cry. She goes on to tell Purva that she can come and go as she pleases to take care of her sister and it doesn't really make a difference that people are saying things like: 'the unmarried older sister is in and out of the Sasural of her younger sister every day.' Purva feels like she's been slapped in the face and takes her leave.
When Purva leaves Kamini tells Shalaka that the wise understand a simple gesture and she thinks Purva got the message. She says that she can't understand why they can't rid themselves of these sisters; the one who's stuck in her house and now Purva who will go as the Bahu to her (Kamini's) sisters's house.
Meanwhile at the girls' house, Akaashi is having an argument with Kshitij who is unwilling to listen to her side of the story. She tries explaining to him that she couldn't talk to him because Smriti was in trouble and the baby was lost. Kshitij tells her that something keeps happening to Smriti every day and that he doesn't know how to handle the situation. He goes on arguing and Akaashi doesn't give in either. At that moment Neema walks in, Kshitij sees her and leaves. Akaashi is angry and Neema tells herself that Purva will get married to Amar one way or the other and she's already trapped Anokhi in a 'prem-jaal' but she has to be very careful with Akaashi. She goes over to Akaashi and advices her on staying calm and handling men. She tells Akaashi that a woman's strength lies in keeping her mouth shut and still being in control. When Akaashi seems to understand and walks away, Neema looks to the heavens and irritatedly says: 'Sevanthi!!!'
Later, Purva arrives home and Akaashi goes to talk to her about Kshitij. However, Purva is lost in thoughts of Kamini's words. Akaashi realizes that Purva is in deep thought and questions her about it. Purva doesn't say anything to Akaashi and both sisters hide their problems from each other.
Later that night Anokhi goes to prepare a sandwich for herself when Akaashi joins her. The two talk about boys and Akaashi realizes that Anokhi may like someone. Purva walks in at that moment and teases both of them when she steals the sandwich they've made. The three of them talk about old times and remember their parents. They decide to call Smiriti, even though Purva is against it because it's late.
Meanwhile at the Sanghvi Mansion, Smriti dreams of Kamini taking her baby away from her. She wakes up in a panic, grabs Prem from the cot and walks out of the house. The servant girl sees her leave and sends someone after her. Soon after, Mihir receives a call on his phone from the sisters who ask to talk to Smiriti. It is then that he realizes that both Smriti and Prem are gone. He panics, the sisters hear this on the phone and panic as well.
10th March
Mihir runs through the house looking for Smriti. Kamini and Shalaka wake up and so does the rest of the household. Mihir announces that Smriti and Prem are nowhere to be found. Kamini loses it and starts screaming. The servant girl comes there and tells them that she saw Smriti leave with Prem and that she sent someone after her. The man who was sent after Smriti walks in and says that he lost Smriti. Kamini is furious and starts yelling at everyone. Mihir informs Purva about what has happened and heads out to look for Smriti.
At the girls' house, the sisters wake Neema who wants to know what the big racket is about. They tell her the news and she looks positively annoyed. Purva then calls Amar and informs him that she and Akaashi have headed out to look for Smriti. Amar says that he will join them at the Sanghvi Mansion.
Meanwhile... Smriti is walking in the rain with her baby and telling him that no one will take him away from her. As she walks on some men see her and realize she is wearing expensive jewelry. They decide to rob her. They start following her and realizing that someone is after her, Smriti starts to run. At the same time the others are all out looking for Smriti. At the girls' house Anokhi is worried about what's happening. Neema tells Anokhi that she can't understand why Smriti is so intent on ruining their family name with the things she does. Anokhi tells Neema that it's because Smriti is unwell. Neema counters by saying that this is a crazy illness; one day Smriti leaves her child in a shopping mall and the next day she runs away from home in the middle of a stormy night with the child. Just then the phone rings and Anokhi talks to Purva and both sisters have no news to give each other on Smriti.
At the same time, Smriti is running away from the goons who are after her. She is almost run over by a car and Prem flies out of her hands. Fortunately another goon-ish looking guy catches Prem. Smriti falls unconscious on the ground and the guy who caught the baby threatens the other men, he hits one of them when they try to attack and they run away. He walks over to Smriti and realizes that she is the Bahu of the Sanghvi family.
Purva and Akaashi arrives at the Sanghvi Mansion and ask Kamini if she has any news on Smriti. Kamini lashes out at the sisters and they try to defend Smriti but Kamini tells them that blood will never accuse blood of anything wrong. She insults them and Smriti and goes on talking about her grandson. Amar arrives at Sanghvi Mansion as well and Kamini complains to him. Amar calls Mihir but there is still no news. One of the servants tells Amar that he saw Smriti walk away alone, with the child. Kamini says that everything that happens, happens with the child and that they were fortunate Vishal was there the last time but who knows if some other thugs come across Smriti in the middle of the night. She is unable to complete her sentence when she looks to front door and sees the same goon-ish looking guy who saved Smriti. She recognizes him as Shamardas.
He walks in and then moves aside to reveal Smriti and Prem. Everyone runs to them. The young servant girl is curious as to why Shamardas has walked into the house when he has never done so before. Kamini tries to reach for Prem but Smriti moves away not allowing her to. She doesn't talk to anyone. The sisters are thankful that Smriti is safe and alright but Kamini says that Smriti is not alright, she is insane. One of the servants asks Shamrdas where he found Smriti and he tells her that she was running from thugs and that she knows the rest of the story. The servant tells Shamardas to watch how he talks because Smriti is the master's wife. Shamardas says that if that's the case then the master should know to take care of his wife.
Shamardas stands up to leave. On his way out he crosses paths with Akaashi who almost covers her nose because of the stench near him. He gives her a half-look and a hand gesture asking her to calm down. When he and the other servants leave, Amar and the sisters start to take Smriti in when Kamini asks where she went. Smriti tries to answer but when she calls Kamini 'ma' the latter retorts asking what sort of a 'ma' Smriti is to have endangered the life of her child this way. When the sisters try to defend Smriti, Kamini asks them to shut up and says that this is their family problem and she doesn't want outsiders interfering with it. She asks them to leave. Smriti is afraid but Purva and Akaashi have no choice but to leave with Amar. Kamini tells Smriti that when Mihir comes home he will sort her out. She then calls Mihir and tells him that Smriti is home and that they'll talk once he gets there. She hangs up and Smriti looks worried.
On tonight's episode of Behnein...
Mihir decides that it's best if Kamini takes care of Prem and informs Smriti that from now on Prem's Dadi will be in charge of him.
