Gyaan's holding 2 ties-blue and red and he's asking them which one will follow the handsome Gyaan..Vinita tells him that she has prepared her file of resume papers and his certificates..Gyaan asks which tie and Vinit...a holds on to blue and Gyaan takes the red tie and starts his speech, my name is Gyaan, the man with a plan and Vinita warns him that his overconfidence cud kill him but Gyaan tells her that when a man has confidence, it can get over at times but he tells her not to worry for he's the man. Vinita smiles,and tells him that she knows that he's the man but in this she is here as the woman and once he gets a job there, she..but Gyaan interferes and asksher what would she do there and asks her to stay in Men's Universe as Trendsetter is a very big magazine and it requires smart,sincere and talented people working thr. And when big projects are mentioned, only one name will appear and that name is Gyaan,Gyaan and Gyaan. Vinita scolds him of how dare he he do this this to her when she has helped him so much and gyaan tells her that he doesn't need any1's help especially Vinita and Vinita pours water on his face!!Bharti is shown cutting bittergourd but she cuts in thick pieces and Sudha com...es there and tells her that she'll do it but Bharti tells her not to and Sudha tells her that she has come from office and that she is very tired and then Bauji is walking around, seeing them. Sudha tells him to call them ma-beti instead of saas-bahu and tells him that Bharti is very tired from office and that she isn't letting Sudha handle the kitchen but Bauji tells her that Bharti too is a woman and eventually she has to handle the kitchen.Bauji smiles and leaves,Bharti gets irritated but Sudha stops her. Bharti goes and takes some veggie with her and sits on the sofa near Bauji and Sudha follows her. Bharti asks Bauji that she doesn't understand one thing. He said women are to spend the time in the kitchen but it is also said the world's best best chef is men. Bauji asks her what she's trying to say and Bharti asks which is the thing that men feel that they can do better than women and Bauji tells her anything and men can do everything better than women and Bharti asks if they can gi...ve birth..Sudha gets shocked. Bauji stutters a bit and Bharti asks him anything besides giving birth and Bauji tells her anything ranging from going to the moon and all, they can simply do anything. Bharti tells him that running a country and going to the moon toh door ki baat hai but for the time being, can he make turai(not sure of wad that is)..Bharti then tells him how can he make turai cuz it is soft on the inside and hard on the outside and that's why only women can make it well enough..Bauji gets provoked when Bharti tells him that no men can make turai and he asks her to give her the turai and accepts her challenge. Sudha wants to go and help him but Bharti tells her when Bauji is doing her work, Sudha shud do Bauji's work-> watch tv, read newspapers, drink tea....Bauji is in the kitchen and wondering if he could cut it or not and he finds it difficult to cut it..He cuts his finger but when Bharti and Sudha asks what and he hid that and told them that he has cut the turai..With lo...ts of difficulty, finally Bauji made the turai...Sudha commends Bharti for her effort for this is the 1st time Bauji has ever entered the kitchen, Payal and Nanhe are stunned to hear the news,looking at each other. Bharti tells her to wait and watch for the upcoming events. Payal and Nanhe go to the kitchen to see him cooking and goes near him. He asks Payal to eat from there form go and proudly tells every1 that he has made it and asks Payal to taste. Payal tastes and itz super spicy but she tells Bauji that itz verie nice. Nanhe smells it and cudn't take it. Bauji tastes it and starts coughing. Bauji warns Nanhe not to tell any1 of this event or else he'll make him eat this every day after he cooks it.
Every1's eating and Bharti praises Bauji of his cooking but corrects herself by saying gr8 food from the hotel...Every1 laughs..Bauji tells them to continue laughing and tells them that he has proved his point that men shud do their work and women shud do theirs or else there will be ...imbalance. He asks Sudha to pass some dish and Bharti whispers to Payal that he has lost but doesn't admit it and Payal smiles and tells her itz all male ego and Bharti tells Payal that cuz of this male ego she hasn't accepted defeat. Gyaan is shown in an office and gets a call, and he says what if he didn't make it to Men's Universe for a day , will Men's Universe close down and he continues saying that he has done many big projects and he'll not come and work for them anymore and that not to disturb for he's going for a very impt meeting and Celina watches him. Gyaan tells the receptionist that he has come for an interview and she calls Celina and Celina tells him to wait(Lurve her!!) and the receptionist told him to wait. Gyaan says that he never waits for any1 but since the receptionist said so, he'll definitely wait and to bring him some coffee and snacks. Gyaan is shown sitting with his legs on the table and waiting. At Men's Universe, Bharti and Armaan watches Amarjeet ...walking down slowly and they said hello and asked him what the matter is and why he is sad and Amarjeet tells him that without it he's feeling dificient and asks without who and Amarjeet says Gyaan and that his days are never complete without scolding Gyaan and he's so tempted to scold that inefficient guy..Bharti gets excited and tells Amarjeet that he has got to get used to that habit for Gyaan's gone and Amarjeet asks where and both of them leave. Vinita hears them and looks at her mobile. Gyaan is shown drinking water and waiting...He has indeed drunk more than 5 glasses of water and took a flower and was fanning himself...Celina's watching all these. Vinita calls Gyaan asks how his interview is going and Gyaan whispers to her that itz going superb, in fact interview toh dhodh raha hain..Vinita wonders why he's whispering and Gyaan tells her that he's in the boardroom discussing abt international issues since itz an international magazin and he'll talk to her later. Finall...y Celina allows Mr Gyaan to be sent in.
Gyaan comes in but doesn't see Celina's face and she tells him to come in and Gyaan introduces himself and she turns. He gets shocked and says TUM and she tells him to take a seat and she tells him itz a pleasant surprise to see him and he too agrees and just then she gets a call. She tells gyaan itz her CEO from New York and says that she hasn't found an overseas editor as of yet and Gyaan gestures to her and tells her that he's there to say hi to the CEO but he says when he himself will be going there, he will say hi in person but Celina tells him how she wish she could hire him as he's over-qualified!!Gyaan tells her that if it is not deserving, he'll make it deserving for he loves beautiful women and corrects himself by saying beautiful challenges.Celina thanks him and tells him that then this job is for Gyaan. Celina further talks about salary but Gyaan tells her that this is it and Celina says this is their monthly budget and Celina asks Gyaan if it isn...'t a yearly salary and Celina disagrees and it will be in dollars with car, bungalow, club membership and hot babes and Celina asks him when he can possibly join them..Gyaan is super excited and tells her that he'll join immediately but takes back his words and Celina tells him that he's got to join tmr and gyaan provides his file and asks that if he would have to go to dubai but Celina tells him that first he needs to go to Hawaii for a conference and then Miami..Gyaan dreams of Dubai->Hawaii->Miami..Gyaan thanks her for the job and leaves. Celina says that his hawaiiyain udhne waali tumhari Mr Gyaan...Gyaan is shown coming out of Men's universe lift, with I'm da best song in the background...Gyaan comes out and looks down at MU design.Jenny sees Gyaan and tells him tha tAmarjeet has been looking for him for at least 5 times and Gyaan said he has heard Amarjeet's name before and if he's the new peon and Jenny tells him that itz his boss. Gyaan tells her that from now on h...e has no boss and calls Narain and takes the mug and Narain tells him itz for Bharti madam and Gyaan kinda spits in it and puts the mug back on the tray and tells him to go. Narain says he won't go and Gyaan takes out some money and Narain smiles and gyaan calls him cheap and that Narain's sold so fast..Narain is still happy for itz dollars and asks Jenny if she wants the coffeee but Jenny moves and Narain goes happily. Bharti saw gYaan coming and starts telling Armaan that he had told her to apply at the international magazine but the girl, Celina called her up and told her that the job is already given to a guy and Armaan's shocked that Celina had said like that and Armaan said then the job is given to the guy. Both of them smile and said lucky guy Gyaan hears that and says lucky guy indeed and he said that in front of that guy, they are nothing. Both of them pretend to be sad and Gyaan moves on to Vinita. Vinita touches his face and asks him how his interview went and he told Vinita to get her... hand off and goes on to Sunny and Sunny is glad that he is back and he says Gyaan darling and tells him to quckly approve his designs and Gyaan tells him to stop calling him darling first and that he's Sunny's boss and talkes the file and Gyaan takes out the paper and tears them off, saying the designs are rubbish.
Gyaan throws the paper towards the ceiling and Amarjeet sees that and he's on the phone, telling a lady that her restaurant is dificient and that he's been trying to book a poolside table for so long and Gyaan takes the phone from him and talks to the lady, saying how stingy Amarjeet is and the lady asks for the name and Gyaan says Amarjeet, A for adhiyal, M for manhoos, A for ayyaash, R for rondoo, J for jallaad, E for ediot,E for eeediott, and T for tamachaa(suggested by Amarjeet) and Gyaan cuts the phone and slaps Amarjeet. Every1's shocked but Bharti's smiling widely!!!
