Everyone in the office is busy ringing up the models on Bharti's list and discouraging them from taking up the campaign; even offering money to a few which Vinita is unhappy about. Meanwhile Bharti gets frustrated as all the models refuse to talk to her. She remembers Gyaan mocking her at the office and her own dreams to make her father proud and starts to cry.
Her promise of leaving the office if she doesn't find the model comes to mind and she looks morose as she heads towards the lift. Armaan arrives and she asks him what he's doing in the office so late. He replies that he was waiting for the model so that he could brief her. She snaps that everyone was right and she was wrong and he's free to make fun of her. Armaan tells her to ask Bhaskar for help but she replies that his phone is of and an annoyed Armaan tells her that he is sure Bhaskar does this to emphasise his importance as he can never be found when you need him.
Armaan offers to take her to dinner but she refuses and once the lift arrives he steps aside to let her in. Bharti tells him not to act like a gentleman as he makes her appear weak. Armaan is amused and apologises and they both get in to the lift. Armaan tells her the name of the restaurant that he is going to in case she changes her mind.
Bharti asks if he's going there alone but he replies that he'll be with his girlfriend. Bharti looks surprised and Armaan tells her that he doesn't date boys and he's straight [Lols!]
Back at Bharti's house, Payal sets the table as she berates Bharti for putting her job on the line for a girl and getting egoistic like a male. Bharti yells that she is a man, not a woman and expresses her annoyance at Payal as she hasn't even been able to find the Tantrik. Payal is upset that Bharti disregards all the help she's given.
She gets a phone call and excitedly talks about an appointment the next day. Bharti becomes excited thinking that it's the Tantrik but Payal tells her that it's for a swanky parlour and that she's been on the waiting list for a month.
They have another argument where Payal calls Bharti selfish and Bharti retorts that she can change back to a man without her help. Bharti storms out of the house and Payal is left alone as she remembers her time with Bhaskar and says that she misses him.
On her way out, Bharti gets another call from Armaan where he invites her to dinner again and assures her that his girlfriend won't mind. Bharti says to herself that either Armaan is weird, or his girlfriend is weird.
Bharti arrives at the restaurant and asks Armaan about his girlfriend. He points to her and Bharti is surprised to see a young girl. He introduces her to his daughter Jia and Bharti tells him that Bhaskar had told her about Jia. Armaan starts to talk about Bhaskar but Jia insists that they won't talk about work. He calls Jia his bacha and when Jia insists that she's not a child, Bharti agrees and tells Jia to order.
They both have fun and Bharti and Jia get along really well. Bharti asks about Jia's mother and Armaan says that she passed away when Jia was born. Bharti is confused and wonders why Armaan is lying.
Back at home, Bharti returns and wakes Payal up. They're shown talking as Bharti tells Payal that she used to be really nave and everyone would say that he would never become anything in life. He would stand outside college and watch the rich boys and girls and realised that it was money that gave them power.
She talks about her father and how she would watch her father toiling away at the same job for years and she promised herself that she would gift her father the haveli. She worked for years and when finally it looked as if her destination was only steps away, she lost everything – her dreams, her job, her identity. An upset Bharti asks Payal why all of this only happens to her.
Payal hugs her and tells her that she's the man. Bharti smiles.

Bharti is with some dude who tells her that what's happened is some Psychometric Gender effect and is Science, not Magic.
Gahhhhhhhhh – stupid office people! I can't belie that in one instance they praise Bharti on her ideas, and in the next they turn against her and join Gyaan!
But let's hope that this blows up in their face.
Really sad to see Bharti crying for half the episode today – Ragini really does have a gorgeous smile and her scenes with Armaan were a must watch!😳
