i cant decide....i like dem both..rani is just HOT and preity is sooo cute

But Rani I believe has many more sucessful films than Preity Zinta does so that makes her the #1 actress in Bollywood! Her movie Paheli with SRK even got nominated for an Oscar so yea that's saying a lot. 😊
