Thank you so much for that Teddyyy.😳I didn't even know that's how things were being perceived. At the time, with every reply I made, I was fueled with so much emotion. Anger, hurt, worthlessness but I also didn't want to bring anyone down. It wasn't right for me to lash out and hurt someone else just because I was hurting.

You have to be really careful about what is said, especially online. You just never know who might take offense by which comment. We only find out someone gets hurt when they actually voice it out. But what about those silent readers? Those people who carry the hurtful comment with them into their real life? That's not right on our part and what's being done to them isn't right either.

I'm sure you remember that poll asking about fav stories and how the poll maker didn't really react in a responsible/ the best way possible? THAT is when I first read your comments, talked/tried to support you haha. Then we became buddies at the thread :P

And you didn't, you did your best at expressing your own emotions while being considerate about everyone else's so I admire you! :)))

Yeah, that's one "bad" thing about the internet you can't see your effect on everyone and not everyone will voice it so it's important to be careful! Thank you for your wise words :D

If your parents don't understand, then at least your brother does. Have at least one person in your life to whom you can go and talk about your stresses. If not family, then go to one of your friends. Being your age and going through similar stresses, they should be able to understand better what you're going through.

Cry once in a while but don't become a water fountain. That will do you more harm than good.

Love u loads di!!!🤗

Yah di...at least i have my brothers with me...but sometimes when they r not here...it's a big prob for me...i have to handle everything myself...I don't have any friends who r facing the similar problem,i'm facing...everyone is so happy with their parents...they r so sweet to them!

I try di not to cry...but sometimes it doesn't help me...i ended up crying a lot!

You made me share something which i would never have. and i will always be glad that i came across such a beautiful person. i am not really good with words but all I can say is big thank you

I completely agree-my daughter is my strength - the reason to share this so that people know that we are not alone. Its about time to pick up the pieces and move forward.

we all fight our individual battles everyday but its great to know that you have people like u and others who are out here, where we can reach out - and wont be judged.

And my last thank you for your beautiful words of encouragement and strength

Lots of luv :) keep smiling

Sammy! 🤗

I think we are reaching that stage now where we don't have anything to say except express our greatest gratitude through hugs. So here's another one from me:

I am truly thankful and grateful that I have come across such a beautiful group of people here at IF. I never thought it would be possible, but yet here it is. <3

@Samy:

Gur brought tears to my eyes and you made me actually cry. I've interacted with you SO many times on this forum and every time all you do is tell me how you love my positivity and I make you smile; well today I'd like to tell you how positive YOU are! It takes immense courage for one to share their personal life on such a grand platform so I seriously admire you and Gurleen for being able to do so. Like Gurleen said, all we ever need is one thing to hold on to, to keep us going and I'm so SO happy that for you its your beautiful daughter. You've suffered a lot of injustice but the fact that you are able to move past it to ensure happiness for yourself AND your little girl is beautiful. Seriously, lots of love to you and I'm so happy that we're friends because you're an amazing individual. And hella sweet lol, always making me blush, and now I'm sending the biggest bear hug possible to you and the little cutie :D

Love you more Nishi! 🤗

Maybe not the parental aspect, but perhaps the studies bit? Maybe they can help you in lessons that you're having trouble on?

Aww jaana, take it easy. Don't tense yourself too much.

Seriously, get help. If not from friends, then from your school. There has to be some counselors or peer mediators that you can talk to?

Hey Samy, we don't really know each other but honestly my heart goes out to you. I'm not an emotional person but you brought tears to my eyes. I'm so sorry that you had to experience what you did. Nobody deserves that. Someone very dear to me recently came out of a bad marriage so I've witnessed the hurt and depression first hand. Luckily for her, we were all there to pick up the pieces. It really breaks my heart that you didn't have the support you needed but it just goes to show how strong of a woman you really are. Your little one will be so proud to have you as her mother when she's older. I am so proud of you for continuing to fight through this. It's people like you that girls these days need as role models. I really hope everything is better for you and the little one now. My prayers are with you both. Lots of love x

I'd also like to mention that Gurleen, you are one of the strongest women I've come across. It's a sad fact that a lot of females don't open up about harassment and assaults due to insecurity, fear etc. But I'm so glad that you did open up and you havent let the incident define you. I'm so sorry that you had to go through that, I cant even begin to imagine your horror but know that you are a true role model to everyone on the forum. I don't really know what else to say other than you make me proud to be a female. My best wishes with you always x
