Yes, that's my complaint to the my fellow forumwasis.

Nowadays my tactics are to first read the comments posted on forum and decide whether to watch the episode or not. Normally it works. This spares me from watching crap shown these days. But the other day, I accidently opened the link and saw the episode !

What do I get ?Full detailed report of Asha Pura temple and its pilgrimage. And how they brought Devi maa's prasad to GD wasis. I even checked if I opened some astha channel show. But no, it was our TMKOC only. How could I miss Daya's jai maata ki !

Now don't get me wrong. I understand what they were trying to show! And I appreciate their faith. I believe in my God too. But then at the end of the day, I want entertainment, some laughter. There are many pilgrimages going on in India, why show this only. If you want, make another show to show all temples, pilgrimages of Gujarat or whereever the team wants to go. Show it on prime time too, but then advertise it as that, not as a comedy show.

No offense meant to any religious feelings and I don't mean to hurt anyone's beliefs.

whatever u may call it...but entertainment factor khatam ho gaya...aur it has become more of a astha channel..

jetha's surprise gift to champak...ye track hi le lo...2014 has been worst year for viewers of TMKOC...!!!

The most hilarious thing was how they marketed Kutch no rann.

I have been there. Its boring. But the way they went about it, great marketing.😆

For one of my projects, I had to cover one such pilgrimage from Maharashtra. tens of thousands of people walk for 15 days to Pandharpur. The management of this crowd has been a subject for management study. The social organisations help these people in so mant ways. Where ever they stop, these people are served as if they are serving God, and yes all for free. Yes, Maharashtrian people feed these thousands of people free for 15 days. Even they can be generous, see?

There are such pilgrimages in Kerala, Kolkatta too. I am sure there must be many more.

Exactly, palakhi has been going on years and years. I am sure there are many such pilgrimages going on in India and in different religions too ! But the way they are showing this looked like a promotion again. Make the place famous

exactly...am huge fan of this show aur maine starting day se ye show dekha hai, and first time in 2014 i have missed so many tracks..starting mein hi pata chal jata hai ki ye log pakane wale hain...!!!

sub se zeeyada Daya ka character ko change kiya gaya hai ( she has become devi now, and her voice...no comments on that).

then tapu sena ki mahanta...then champak gandhi giri...

overdose of movie promotions...and dragging each track...

jetha ki english words ka too murder kiya gaya hai, for example...phele wo sahi se scientist pronounce karta tha...abhi pata nahi ek dum se bhool kyun gaya

now this show is just running on its past laurels, i don't think quality of the show is going to improve because now they are going for quantity rather than going for quality.

The creatives of the show fail to understand that by promoting Gujarat in our faces like this, they are infact doing a dis-service to the community. So many are laughing at them now and dissecting anything Gujrati.

They need to understand that not everybody loves these kinds of promotions. They are actually putting people off Gujrat.

There are so many other yatras like the Vaishnav devi and the Badrinath-Kedarnath yatra which are more dangerous and difficult too. I am not saying anything against this Asha pura maa yatra.I agree riding cycles from Mumbai to kucch is difficult but they are nothing in front of the Vaishnav devi or the kedarnath yatra.I have visited kedarnath and I have had so many near death experiences during the yatra. Not just me,many pilgrims had such experiences.

Exactly-go to Tipupathi-all are dying to volunteer there-doctors,lawyers,engineers etc...And in the queue they control by saying Govinda Govinda-Amazing-go to Palani-go to subramanya dhrmasthala-,all are so amazing & no Hoo-HA like asit modi& co But pure darshan& god's grace everywhere!Go to Golden Temple-Have a langar there-most fantastic experience of life-all rich & poor have to sit together to have a meal-what more of amazing experience than have people cook meals lovingly,out of joy& seva bhaav-& all eat same food together-Please show this Mr modi-Halo!!!!
