Dadi seeing her Ladoo losing the battle with Sanskaar can jump into the fray to defend her. In the meantime. Swara and Simar can nick the keys and search out the property papers.

Dadi will be too busy to bad mouth and abuse Sanskaar and SwaSan that she will hardly notice that Swara is missing.

I really hope after Swara and Simar have nicked the keys, Sanskaar breaks open the door 😆 or comes out of a window and confronts behna. May be even remind her of some the things that BehnaDevar have done. Seeing this Dadi is apoplectic and comes to defend her Ladoo ka honour. Swara n Simar using this opportunity to nick the papers.
