I couldn't see SI since last month.What happened to Akhil and why is suman taking care of him?

He was drunk and vomited. No one other than Suman helped him - she cleaned him up and took care of him. He feels guilty and ashamed. He asks for her forgiveness twice (once alone and once in front of the whole family) which she declines and asks him to ask Bhoomi. He apologises to Bhoomi and saves her life in the middle of the riots - thus starting their love story.

10th Jan - Akhil vomits and Suman helps him. He feels ashamed.

14th Jan - Bhoomi gets to know that Akhil has confessed truth to the college. She stops Malini from hitting him with a broom when he comes to the house and asks for forgiveness again. She says that she won’t forgive him but he says he will not leave till she forgives him, follows her to the rally, and stops her from going to the stage.

15th Jan - 2-3 scenes of Akhil protecting Bhoomi from the goons.

Akhil supporting Suman is still believable coz the latter told him, not once, but on multiple occasions about her actually wanting him to get on the right path amongst other things. I can’t say the same about Teerth lol he is boring pro max lol
