manjot dee there is a complaint abt a DT member getting demoted cos of another DT.i dono much abt it. still.
pls luk into the matter aftr ur exams get over.and pls dont apologize,exams always comes first. 😃i am also having mid terms going on.it sucks.🤢

Really??? Now this is what I never liked about the Mods. Even though they're supposedly Mods, they never get the "Point" of the post. 2nd, why would anyone update you? Go n read the post. Always in search of Shortcut... ufffffffffffff.

The main agenda of the post was the IP issue. How that particular DT, with the help of IP address stalked Dark Love. The agenda was, why do DT members have IP access.

Now I need just 1 answer...

Out of all these posts, about the IP addresses and the information leak, why did the mods came and wrote only about FAQ's?

The main agenda was the IP problem, that they'll solve it later and God knows when that 'Later' will come. ... Uffff ... For heavens sake.. forget about the "Bashing" for once and solve bigger matters... when there's a solution already (Meaning you dont even have to solve it, just implement the solution provided)

And...............................

I'll write it again... that if you guys are soooooo busy that you cannot even reply to our posts and comments, if you have your MIDTERMS going on and hence could not reply on time ... If you have a family... If you have a real life outside IF .... any random reason for not replying or not able to handle the forums.... Just step down from the Moderators post. Give this opportunity to someone who's able to manage the forum and does not have to give all these excuses/or real reasons whatever. What we can see is... there's no Mod here to answer any of the questions. All of them are busy preparing for their Midterms?

Why is there no subsitute if you guys are busy? And if there's a substitute, why is he/she not here?

Questions: (Other than FAQ's)

1. Moderators have to follow any rules or not? Or the rules are just for the members?

2. Why is it that when we have a genuine problem and we PM a mod about it, they never reply back. (Supposedly if the question is about the inefficient Mods)

3. Why is that, we cannot discuss about Mods inefficieny in the forum threads? So that no one comes to know how corrupt DT actually is.

4. And why do Mods come and close a topic if we talk about , how Mods are useless.. that too without any NOTE.

5. Why is that Mods only have 1 solution to every problem, that is "Close the topic". Why cant they understand the actual problem and solve it?

6. Why is that any new problem in the forum gives birth to a new rule? Why cant they just eliminate the problem? Like if 2 groups are fighting against each other over a pathetic topic.. why cant they come and solve the problem by giving an unbiased opinion rather than applying a rule like .. No anti-group member will comment in other group's post.

7. Why do higher Mods keep Mum when we even post them some proofs about the inefficient Mods. That is, screenshots of their wrong doings.

8. One mod doing something wrong.. doesn't mean all Mods are wrong... CORRECT .. But all mods doing something wrong does mean all Mods are wrong. Thts what we've been saying all this while. ALL minus 1 or 2.

9. Coolbie's and Videobie's doesn't have the permission to ban anyone. Do they? Then why do these ppl have IP access?

10. Why cant only admins have the IP access when eventually an admin will go through the reports and eventually ban a member.. Like you said... that you ban a member after admin approves it.

This will be more than enough for you as starters.... We'll ask rest of the questions later on.. after you successfully answer these.

And I'd like to add one suggestion: Why dont you guys add a "Close this Topic" button .. besides "Like" button.... If the number of hits exceeds some certain limit... or if the ratio of Like vs Close this Topic exceeds some certain limit. Close it then. There can be an automatic function as well. If limit exceeds, the topic gets closed.

It'll also save all you guys from all the Hard Work which you do.. manage the forums n all. And it'll also solve the problem of closing a popular topic just coz some minors dint got the humour behind it.

No need of Mods then. You'll all be free to enjoy your lives.

@bold.precisely my point.why not step down instead of complaining about how thankless/draining a job it is to moderate I-Fs ?you VOLUNTEERED for it for chirssake!if you have time constraints,better step down and let someone better suited to cope with this forum handle the moderating.
if you think answering our questions on PMs are way below your humungous egos then dont bother with moderating.no one has forced you to moderate.if youre inefficient,youre sacked in the real world.I-Fs being the corrupt version of the Indian Parliament however,thrives on losers like you.

Helloo All,

Since we have an FAQ for the members....who thinks we need an FAQ for the moderators since they can't do their job so well and need to be reminded of their duties by the members again and again. So if they have any questions they can just refer to the FAQ created BY THE MEMBERS, FOR THE "DT".

Actually i also have a question for the DT....

How many of you (DT members) REALLY spend your time browsing through this forum and look for suggestions and comments? I'm sure most of you ignore it....especially members like DB who have such high value in the eyes of other DT members that they FAIL to demote him.

Is this a serious question?! Most of these people are barely LITERATE!! I bet it takes them ALL day and then some to get through a single PM and you expect them to 'expend' (good going mjhtac, I missed that one! 😉) time going through suggestions and comments?! They DO have page 'dedicated' for this purpose - for show! What I am having difficulty understanding is the need for people to continue to have presence on India Forums! There are OTHER places!! 😕
