Shagun is taken to the Chaturvedi house. Triveni gives Shagun new saris and jewellery for Solhah Singaarr and asks her to get ready for her marriage with Shakti. Triveni gets angry when he finds Shagun is not listening to him. Shagun refuses and throws the stuff. She tries to call her mother but Shakti slaps her and ties her to a chair. Shagun is helpless. Shagun gets a flash where Yashwardhan had taught her to make a call from a broken phone. Shagun struggles to get to the phone and tries calling Alaknanda. At Krishna temple, and a man steals a phone. Shagun by mistake calls the same phone. It is revealed that the man and is a Sumer look alike.
