another warm and beautiful episode
Where Rama and Sita discuss the yatharth versus anubhuti - reality versus desirability with their siblings

Again the two conversations almost in parallel, where they explain the significance of responsibility of thought and action as against being dictated by their feelings

what I loved was that while Sita is dealing with this very practically, and responsibly, she also has faith in her love and in her dream!

Today after seeing the goshthi in Ayodhya, I am also glad that Sita did not ask Janak to send a proposal for Rama, for kekeyi would have put pressure on Dashratha and the queens to turn it down, thus shattering Sita's dream for ever.

Rama too would've never gone against the wishes of his elders!

But that which is nihit, will happen, so Rama's entry into Mithila will happen at the right time

I also loved the rationale for holding a swayamwar with the condition being the dhanush has to be lifted, for as Janak said, Sita has special powers, and her husband must match her and accept and respect that power

I am looking forward to the swayamwar, and of course, we will also get to see ravana- I am curious about him too!

All in all a good episode, with Rama and Sita once more teaching us the right balance between head and heart, of thoughtfulness, about conscious choices and responsible actions!

Today I just loved both Rama and Sita, lakshmana is cute - still not too fond of the 3 sisters, but theek hai!

Very nice post bringing out all the important points
Both Rama and Sita have such great values. Responsibility, obedience, respect to others views and respect in general, compassion, courage. There is so much for younger generation and us to learn and emulate. In fact these are the exact values that I teach to groups of youth as part of a values education system.

Sahi kaha about Kaikeyi's thinking about Sita. What Sita thought and did was what an understanding, responsible child would do- putting others before you and your needs. It takes great courage to be selfless lIke Rama and Sita.

@Arshics yes nice post and the conversation both Ram and Sita bringing the aspect of responsibility and obedience. Will add couple of points.
Even in the discussion you need to see Sita is about understanding the internal relations that of a dutiful daughter, while Ram talks about representation of the family they stand for in the society, about dutiful princes.
And we have to be very mindful of this external aspect also. It is not only how you deal with your family your values are recognized. Every interaction you make with the society reflects on the value systems you have been bought up. If you are a prince then your outside interactions has to reflect your duties as a prince. Same with us. The moment we move outside wear the tag of our organization, we represent the organization, its values. So we need to be mindful of our actions so that our actions don't harm the organization or bring disrepute to it in anyway.
And another one is regarding Moh Maya. Krishna is known for Moh Maya. The sight of him smiling can melt you like anything. Though that smile hides "n" number of secrets still it sends the viewer in a trance. But Ram. I had never associated Ram with Maya. But yesterday I was proved wrong . I had to admit Ram is also Vishnu, so how can Moh Maya not with him. That fleeting second where Ram stands after knowing they are going to Mithila, I would say applause to Ashish👏👏 it was Moh Maya at its best. His eyes with a twinkle and an unexpressed longing had me in that trance of Moh Maya.

True Shruti. Even if we are not representing any organization or as Rama is a Prince, we still will reflect our upbringing and our parents name in the way we behave. As you rise in your social stature the responsibility increases to set an example to the people who look up to you.
Agree on Rama's lost look and smile as Guru Vishwamitra talked about going to Mithila.
