It’s really awesome read all the chapters in one go.I am so furious with the teacher for talking so rudely to Anokhi and jumping to stupid conclusions.I hope Anokhi tells Shaurya what happened and he deals with the teacher and puts her straight😁waiting fr the next chapter anxiously now💕
Wasn't expecting that to happen with Anokhi. This is bound to happen as this is from the 90's. A girl & a boy can't be alone in a room, they must be doing something shameless, like whaaa....t? 🤪
Shaurya stopped being idiotic which is cool, I mean how he decided to brush away his feelings for the sake of Anokhi. I just hope she would be able to open up to him, anyway he'll get to know a teacher threatened her..

Oh no...oh no...oh no ....poor Anokhi...what a turn of events! What an accusation...ofc it happens in schools but to accuse innocent students is a trauma of its own...and dare i say ironical as well since it is the teacher's feelings that is a danger here (oops🤭...dont get me wrong i do love Shaurya😊)...wow i love the way you are weaving this story...everything was so simple & light-hearted but escalated quickly enough...amazing writing Preeet😊💖🌹
Chapter 12
Shaurya gave a final look to Anokhi. He was sure something was bothering her but he didn't want to push her, so with a heavy heart he decided to leave. He reached the door of the room and was about to leave.
He stopped again and thought about asking Anokhi what was bothering her. He didn't feel like leaving her like this. His heart was asking him to stop and ask but his brain was telling him to not push her. He couldn’t decide who to listen to, his heart or his brain. As always, when it comes to Anokhi, his heart won, he turned to ask Anokhi what the matter was. But when he turned around he saw Anokhi standing with her eyes closed tightly. She was shivering, her face was filled with anguish. Seeing her in that state he freezed and got shocked. He couldn’t fathom what was going on with her. He kept looking at her trying to think what could be on her mind. What could be bothering her so much?? What could possibly be making her feel so anguished??
Anokhi with closed eyes was trying to gather courage to tell him what happened in school.
Before Shaurya could say something Anokhi blurted out with her closed eyes "What did Principal mam say to you yesterday??" Her face was filled with extreme fear and her voice was shaky.
She opened her teary eyes and softly asked "Is she going to call my mother to school?"
Startled by her question and now understanding her distracted behavior earlier he quickly responded "NO"
Anokhi with cross questioning "But Mam said she will call my mother and tell everyone what happened? I didn't do anything wrong, we were just working on the model, believe me please" her unstoppable tears flowed down her rosy cheeks as she said this!
Shaurya's heart sank seeing her crying profusely. He really didn't understand how to give her comfort. With a low tone he said... "Anokhi, Please don't cry, I already told you yesterday only that I have talked and cleared Principal Mam's misunderstanding and also that you both were there with my permission."
With a confused look he asked her "But when did she say that she will call your parents?"
"She didn't," Anokhi whispered.
Shaurya asked confused "Then where is this coming from?"
Anokhi while sobbing said "Ms Bindu said"
Shaurya got more confused than before "Huh? Who?"
Anokhi looked at him with teary eyes and said "Ms Bindu said Principal Mam will call my mother and tell about what I did...but I didn't do anything...honestly I didn't Sir"
Shaurya in a high tone asked "What? How does she know what happened and why did she say all this to you?? When did she say this to you??" With each question his anger was increasing. By the time he asked the last question he was furious.
Anokhi with worry asked, "So Principal Mam will not call my mother??"
Shaurya with frustration and annoyance "NO... Anokhi... Haven't I told you nothing will happen? I have closed this topic with her yesterday only!!" He lowered his tone seeing her shivering and spoke to her in a calm tone. "Stop crying and come sit here." He sat back on his usual seat and patted the seat where she normally sits. They both sat back next to each other. Then he continued "Now tell me when and what did Ms Bindu say to you?"
Anokhi looked at him and said, "She called me when I was going back to class in the last period today & she said…" she couldn't continue, she felt like choking, words didn't come out.
"Said what?" Shaurya asked impatiently.
Anokhi with louder sobs and tears told him the whole conversation that occurred between her and Ms. Bindu earlier!
Hearing everything, Shaurya felt extremely angry. She could sense his anger in his tone and face "How dare she say all this to you?? She does not know anything about the matter, who is she to say anything?" Then with an angry tone he said "Don't worry, I will talk to her tomorrow? I will handle everything."
Then he looked at Anokhi, who was shocked at his response and his anger. It kind of took her by surprise as she had never seen him like this. She got a bit scared and looked down on the ground not knowing how to react.
Seeing her like this Shaurya calmed down and picked up a glass of water from the tray which Anokhi had brought earlier for him and he hadn't drank, he handed it to Anokhi "Here"
She took it quietly and drank it.
After she was done he took the glass from her hand and kept it back on the tray...then he turned towards her and saw she had her hand on top of her knee and it was shaking...he put his hand on top of her hand and squeezed her hand, trying to reassure her he said "Don't worry I believe you, I know you didn't do anything wrong and nothing will happen to you! Trust me, I have sorted things with Principal mam and no one is calling your parents. I will talk to Ms Bindu as well tomorrow."
Anokhi nodded her head and asked once more with a cute tone, "Are you sure Principal mam will not call my mother?"
Shaurya smiled at her question and nodded in a NO! "Please stop crying!"
Anokhi felt relieved, she relaxed and smiled a little!
After a few minutes she was looking fine, so Shaurya decided to leave, even though he didn't want to leave.
Shaurya with an assuring look "Don't worry too much, everything is fine! I will see you tomorrow in school! Okay?"
Anokhi smilingly replied "Okay"
Shaurya stood up and walked towards the door...suddenly he stopped at the door and turned back and asked her "I hope you are okay now, yes?"
With a little hesitant shy tone... she said..."Yes, I'm Okay."
Shaurya again with a little smile on his lips asked her, "You are sure?"
She said with a shy tone "Yes, thank you for trusting me."
Shaurya looked at her innocent face and said "Of course Anokhi, I trust you. I know you didn't do anything wrong. Please don't cry, EVER!"
Anokhi smiled and looked at him, then he left!!
He felt relieved that he was able to calm Anokhi down and bring a smile to her face. But at the same time he felt really angry at Ms.Bindu for cornering Anokhi like that and accusing her without knowing anything. He couldn’t wait to give her a piece of his mind the next day.
