Waise ek baat toh hai, we all were angry over the writers for writing that line for Shaurya about Shagun that hum dono ek dusre se pyaar karte the(well so many dialogues were poorly written on date night) but then we got over that when they showed all that tadap from Shaurya's side for Anokhi. It again took us back to the zone where we happily believe that Anokhi is his first love . So that's why I am expecting ki after KV comes back Anokhi ki side se jo emotions pure evaporate ho chuki hai(only on the surface level ) vo bhi kuch hadh tak wapis aa jayenge and jo thoda bohot bhi disconnect feel hua hai that will also go.
