No offence but the way they are promoting this whole transgender concept, it is confirm that she is a trangender which is difficult to accept. And please let me know what is the possibility of any such other disorders and you really think the cvs would in a detailed way about any such other disorder
I do agree that love is beyond physical pleasure but harman really should have the right to know the gender of the person he's in love with. And talking about harman he's very much intrested in the romance or physical pleasure watever we call it . But that is not my problem. The problem is the makers are forcing viewers accept romance between a trangender and a man(the guy is not aware of it 🤢 ) in the mask of two very good actors. Im sure people wouldnt have reacted the same way if they have casted a male actor or TG . Dont you agree ?

Thanks dear 😊 this whole concept of the show is dominated by good actors and for me it will be very difficult to watch harman / vivian romancing a transgender even if its played by RD 🤢 i really hope they will use their brain and show something sensible instead of showing harman like mahaan

Vd matters to me the most as m watching show for him,sensitive issue aside.I gave this show a chance coz of VD as its an RS show and well she is not very popular for making good stories n shows.n yep the show got all the max attention coz of leads... But i wudnt have watched it if vd is being sidelined or its been a TG actor.I wudnt have been able to digest it then.Even now all the dialogues n screen space we get of harman is coz of VD varna RS shows male leads r just statues.

Most of us fell for the sweet and delicate girl that Sowmya was shown as so far. Rubina's talent is a big contributor to that. So if she wasn't cast in this role, I don't know how it would have worked.

Personally, I'm watching this show because I like Vivian Dsena and want to see him play different characters onscreen.

The TGs u r talking about r of certain kind... They r born male or female n gradually with hormones changes at their puberty they get changes into the opp sex... N their love story is impossible though there r real life stories too

But that is not case with Saumya... She is born with a disorder n is a girl since a birth... In India kinnar is an umbrella term used for various medical conditions.. N that's why they r promotions it as TG right now.. She may have ambiguous genitals, uterus not present n many more undeveloped organ case can be there

I can understand what you are saying but if she is born as a girl, why her father tried to kill her ? And can kinnars look as beautiful as soumya in real life ? And does soumya have the same problem as the saaya lady have ?

They can look flawless and feminine from the outside. Infact ovo-testes is an extremely rare condition and hard to detect at birth. Soumya probably has ambiguous genitalia which could be due to a very broad range of disorder. Unless they specify themselves, we don't even know at this point if she an XX or XY or has Mosaicism. And I feel Harman has the right to know. I would also like to praise Vivian Dsena, his role may not turn out to be the perfect guy who supports his wife. It could be challenging but he did take a risk here which shows he is not afraid to take up a challenging or even unlikable role when the story at hand requires him to do so. In fact I think it is okay in a person in Harman's situation to feel cheated by Soumya's family. I would not blame him. Love is not beyond your physical needs, that is the reality. He had the right to know. I don't know how he would react but if his reaction is anger and confusion I would not blame him. I hope he does support Soumya in the future as a friend if not as a husband or even if he doesn't support her, he doesn't end up shunning her completely. I hope he does give her the time to adjust and tries to understand. Also, I am not sure you can fix it and certainly won't try to preach about ethichs here, it should be completely Soumya's decision to have herself fixed or not. I won't judge her if she doesn't or she does. Psychologically, I hope she does get the counsel she deserves at later point in the show as it is extremely important for her adjustment and for her acceptance of herself.

if it's just Harman being rakshak of soumya in her journey of finding her astitva ,it's okk and can be friends . but a BIG NO for transgender and man lovestory . itf they start than I want to quit watching the show .

I don't understand why everyone is calling Soumya transgender.

Transgender people are those who are born male/female but they feel like the opposite sex and undergo different kinds of operations and hormone treatments to change their gender. An example of this is Caitlyn Jenner. She was born as a man (Bruce Jenner) and even got married and had kids but never felt comfortable in her own skin so she finally decided to take the big step and be who she wanted to be from the very beginning.

It's impossible for parents or anyone to tell that their child is transgender right at birth.

Soumya is most likely intersex. She identifies as a girl and looks like a girl. She wasn't born as a man.

Intersex people have ambiguous genitalias and they aren't either men or women. In most situations when intersex people are pre-teen their parents tell them who they are and they can decide which gender they most identify with. In Soumya's case her parents aren't educated and they didn't know about these options.

Well many transgenders can be very beautiful, dont say transgenders.Intersex cant be beautiful.

I think many explain already in this forum what a transgender is. Seems some people still dont get it. Which i understand sometimes i get confused too? So far i understand, a transgender is a human who is trapped in girl and boy body. THey dont have any disorder, so they undergo treathment to become boy or girl.

Saumya doesnt feel she is trapped in girl body.. so she is a girl with a disorder some male organs. Means she is intersex. Most girls can get treathment for it. Lets see.

And what is the problem if Saumya is intersex/transgender.Since this show i read stories that transgender/intersex to find love with people with no disorder.

Reading some comments, seems intersex/transgenders have a long way to go to get acceptance in society.
