After knowing the truth if its really like that what v r thinking then not only preetoo any normal mother of a boy reel or real will try to separate that girl from her son leave the children problem or infertility problem if it's true that saumya is an intersex then she's not be able to live a normal conjugal life between hubby and wify so I think if preetoo turns negative it will be her natural reaction
