I think she's a transgender otherwise the family reaction and scare does not make sense any reproductive issue or other issues are not revealed during child's birth ..
If she's a devil reincarnate still some families may chose to ignore these beliefs .
Only thing that makes sense she's a transgender that's why Father wanted to kill her at birth

shesnt TG thats for sure

but she can be intersex

or may be her problem isnt that big

its just that her family ignorant about this issue

Transgender is basically the same as intersex .. I did not mean a girl believing herself to be a boy .. I meant whose biologically mixed and it is shown clearly at child's birth ..

I think soumya consists of male &female dna .the child would born with both male &female body parts but they can't become parents they are sterilized by birth.
foreign countries the doctors would notified it to the parents .the parents would choose if child should be male are female.
If it male then they would remove female body parts.
