Yeah Mahid surely is attached to Seher even if he denies. I feel the early and forced marriage did more damage for Mahid than Seher. Mahid’s situation is more messed up, he already has a past trauma cause of his mom leaving him and then Seher just leaving made it worse, Dada Huzur almost dying made it even more worse! And he doesnt even attend his therapy session with Dr Fareed anymore, Mahid needed more therapy sessions not marriage! The way he was looking for Seher when she was away just for few mins was not normal at all!

Exactly!! With everything going on they really gave the message that a partner or a marriage can fix you, when nothing in mahid is actually fixed!

I wonder what it would have been like if kausar and seher never really ran away, and these two got married the NORMAL way. That I feel would have been more beautiful to watch. It would have been interesting how mahid respected seher's wishes then or how he kept his distance from her then, knowing she was still young (18 acc. to him) and clearly intimidated by him. And seher actually liking and appreciating that controlled version of him, and not this angry duck version. In any case if the partner really helps in such situations is by providing motivation to be the better version, their presence does not heal someone immediately.

If needed they could have added the age drama, the fact that seher his her age from him, later to the track, making mahid angry at her again, giving a reality check to seher too that falling for this guy could ruin a lot of things for her- putting a break to their attraction for each other.

I actually liked this week’s episodes. Glad they r focusing on the education aspect now and also made MaHer scenes more subtle back to how it was. Idk about u guys but I love these kind of MaHer scenes like Mahid having kheer made by Seher and then their convo while flying the kite and then their diff in opinion regarding Uzma matter, I also liked that combing scene, i usually complain such scenes but Mahid was looking so cute when he was staring at Seher, like their chemistry is so freaking good in such scenes.

Mahid also mellowed down for Seher (esp after he found out her age is “18”) But I get annoyed whenever Mahid speaks against women freedom and education like bro wats ur problem just let ur wife study! I hope he starts trusting Seher again soon and support her in her dreams, but surely he’s gonna take time.
