Preeto is heading home, thinking about Jassi's words on how it is impossible to make the families meet. It starts raining and Preeto pulls up on the side to get out of the rain. She gets under a tea stall. Rajbeer coincidentally to come out of the rain comes to the same stall. Preeto is surprised to see him and asks why he's following her and if he can't sleep without fighting with her.
Rajbeer tells her if she's done he can talk. Preeto says he can go ahead so she can also respond. Rajbeer says he was going to look for her actually. Preeto asks him if he was going to go complain to her parents about her. Rajbeer assures her that wasn't the reason. He offers her his jacket saying that she will get cold. Preeto says she isn't weak and can withstand a little chill. Since she won't take it, Rajbeer drapes it over her. Preeto looks at him surprised and Rajbeer looks at her. He then turns around and orders tea for both of them.
Preeto asks him if he's feeling okay and asks him why he's being nice. Before he can respond she asks him if his intentions are good, and wonders what he's thinking. Rajbeer says that it's her mind that is working overtime and says he needs her help. Preeto says she knew he had a purpose and is about shrug of his coat and give it back when Rajbeer says it's for Jogi and Jassi.
Preeto is all ears then. He hands her the cup of tea, and they both take a seat. He says he can't believe he's asking her for help. Preeto says that's why the sky tore apart and it is raining. Rajbeer smiles. He says after what happened yesterday Jogi hasn't been himself. Preeto agrees and says that Jassi was the same and was crying the whole time. Rajbeer says he doesn't believe in marriages but for his friendship he'll do anything. Preeto says she doesn't have time for marriages herself but she thinks that Jogi and Jassi truly love each other and she thinks they should be together.
Rajbeer comments that he and Preeto think so differently and Preeto comments that their way of living is different. She says that Rajbeer is reserved and quiet where as she lives her life in the open. He says he can try to persuade Jogi's parents if Preeto tries to persuade Jassi's. Preeto agrees and holds her hand out to shake. Rajbeer looks at it and Preeto says they can be friends for a day to bring Jassi and Jogi together. She says this moment might not come again. Rajbeer smiles and shakes her hand. Both share a smile and before they can contemplate the rain stops surprising them both. They both pull their hands away and Preeto says it's a miracle that it stopped raining as soon as they shook their hands.
Dhruv comes later to Preeto's home and Ishu opens the door. She smiles at him and Dhruv looks on. She asks if he's come for the money and Dhruv says he's here on another matter and asks for Rajbeer. Ishu says that there's no one by that name. He then asks for Preeto and Ishu walks him in. Preeto has changed from her wet clothes and Preeto greets Dhruv. Dhruv says he send Rajbeer but he must not have come but Preeto says she talked to Rajbeer. She tells Dhruv Rajbeer isn't that bad of a guy. Dhruv says he told her and says he's a nice guy too, and looks at Ishu.
Preeto is in a hurry and says they should leave but Ishu offers tea to Dhruv. Dhruv would like to stay and have tea but Preeto rushes him and so he settles for water. Preeto highlights the plan to Dhruv but he's more interested in watching Ishu and tunes Preeto out. After taking the glass of water he takes his leave and says he'll be back for tea some other day. He leaves with Preeto and Ishu smiles.
Rajbeer and Preeto talk to Jassi and Jogi's parents and try to convince them that Jassi and Jogi have already accepted each other in their hearts and no matter who they bring for them, they will not be able to accept the other person. They both asks Jassi and Jogi's family to think of their kids happiness. The father's agree but put a condition that the other family has to apologize first. Rajbeer and Dhruv seem worried and ask to see Jogi while Preeto looking worried asks to see Jassi.
Jogi asks Dhruv and Rajbeer if the matter got solved but Rajbeer says no. He says his father wants Jassi's parents to apologize. Jogi is upset and says that he knows Jassi's parents won't agree to that. He says no one is thinking of him and Jassi. Jassi calls Jogi using Preeto's phone and tells Jogi that it's all over and they won't be able to meet again. Jogi tries to console her and tells her he's with her. He'll find a way but Jassi cries. Jogi tries to talk to her but she's still crying and Rajbeer tells Jogi to hand the phone to him. Preeto is moved to tears on seeing Jassi's condition and takes the phone from Jassi. She says hello and Rajbeer says hello on the other end. Rajbeer realises it is Preeto and tells her it's him. Preeto asks him if things on his end worked and Rajbeer asks her the same. They both tell each other that it didn't work. Rajbeer asks Preeto what next and Preeto asks him to come see her at the tea house and they will talk further there. Rajbeer agrees.
Dhruv and Rajbeer are waiting for Preeto and she arrives with an umbrella. She asks them what kind of air force officers they are if they couldn't convince Jogi's parents. Preeto says Rajbeer was so confident then what happened. Rajbeer retorts she was confident too. Dhruv tells them to stop fighting since as it is Jogi and Jassi's parents are fighting. Preeto and Rajbeer agree and then they say they have to think of a way to make Jogi and Jassi get married. All three think and Dhruv says he has an idea then changes his mind. Preeto speaks next and says she has an idea. She shakes her head and Rajbeer and Dhruv think she must have changed her mind too but Preeto says she does have an idea it's just a little tricky. Then explains. Rajbeer listens and his smile turns into a frown and he calls Preeto crazy. Dhruv tells Rajbeer to listen, and Dhruv is on the plan, but Rajbeer says Preeto is crazy and he wants no part in it. Preeto shakes her head and says that they aren't going to make anything worse than what it already is and that this way to lovers will meet.

Dhruv says that Preeto and Rajbeer can go together and he'll go make preparations for the Gurdwara. Rajbeer isn't too keen but agrees.
While shopping Rajbeer watches as Preeto picks up clothes and then picks three sherwanis. Rajbeer tells her to hurry. Preeto says she can't just pick any random clothings. Rajbeer selects one and Preeto tells him to try it on. Rajbeer comments that his size is different and Preeto says she can alter that. She knows their sizes. She picks clothes for the bride and takes the dupatta and places it on her head. She asks Rajbeer how it looks. Rajbeer stares at Preeto for a while, then calls her crazy and walks away. Preeto frowns and turns away. Rajbeer watches from the mirror as she walks away and smiles to himself.
He changes and comes out and Preeto to tries the girl's clothes. They both look at each other, and Rajbeer says that the groom's clothes are ready, and Preeto says the bride's are too. She says tomorrow nothing should go wrong. Rajbeer says he's and air force officer and he always makes sure that there is no room for error. Preeto says that when it comes to love she will make sure that nothing goes wrong. She says that everything is ready and tomorrow two lovers will meet at all costs. She and Rajbeer stand together resolved to make Jogi and Jassi meet and then look at each other.
