Forgot to add her eyes are also not looking good. Kuch to ganda waala make up kiya hai

You are right Tapeshwari looking lovely and her attire was more claasy than Ragini's. I have no idea who chose that for Ragini or why she chose it. It doesn't compliment her at all. The cut of that outfit is good but overall look. The sleeves are nice but the rest is not pleasing to the eye. Not keen on the colous, too many contradicting shades. The gold work looks very outdated. This is not a Ragini outfit. She usually wears very simle, elegant and stylish outfits.
