She is not naive, she is just compulsive to give Ragini happiness. She is a true mom for Ragini, her actions prove her affection towards Ragini. She tries to get and do the best for Ragini, thats the only flaw of her character.

I am not talking about her compulsion to give Ragini happiness. Its her behavior in general...she is too simple.."Sedhi-Sadhi. She doesn't know much about "Duniya Dari"...so she gets used and abused by everyone else.
