Yes she will get a loan from Mallika and will promise her to work for her the whole life and later Alekh will find it and declare Sadi is his wife

first sadi married aalekh to get money too save mamiji's house . now i think she wll sign divorse papers to get money to get mamiji treated and tell everyone that she got loan from mallika

I think the situation is totally ridiculous.
She could have said the doctor said there was a minor blood clot and medicines would cure it but a few more tests would be needed.then She should have taken mamaji aside and told him.

Kaushi needs to know there is something wrong with her,she is an adultnot a kid who needs to be cuddled...they can always hide the seriousness of it.. she is the one who is ill and would need the operation.. how can they hide that fact from her.

What are they going to do.. tell her to donate blood and she comes out with a shaved and bandaged head.

But that is idiotic,isn't Kaushi Ragini's mother.
And wouldn't Ragini do everything in her power to help her mom.
What would you do ,go to a third person and beg for a loan or ask your sister for the money .
Sadi doesn't need o go herself she just needs to tell Vinu and he would do the rest or even Ranvir .
And if mamaji comes in with his self respect then I am sorry its plain arrogance on his part because his wife's life is at stake.
But they won't do this because in Bidaai land people don't take the practical or intelligent way out.

I disagree, the money has not been earned by Ragini, so it is her in-laws money and mamaji should not take it, maybe as a loan ok but not as a gift. Vinu should be the one to come up with the money, cause mamaji would have mortgaged the house to come up with the money and now he can't, why can't vinu take a loan from his office? Ragini can win the dance competition and use the money to help kaushi with the bills and do her part. that way all siblings can help.
