She is indeed really emotional in the second pic. It looks like the mother who has come to terms with the fact that her son is changing. Finally her son is letting her pallu go. It is a moment all mothers both dread as well as know they have to go through..
But the last pic tells a different story altogether.. It is not scheming. It is just thoughtful. It looks like she is thinking about whether her son has realized what she just did.. And it looks like she is determined to make him do just that...

Tina, @Bold is something I agree with.. Every mother who has played an important role in her son's life undergoes this pang.. Koki will too.. But I cannot agree that she is jealous of Gopi. If she was, she would have been the day Ahem came into the kitchen to tell Gopi to wash his shirt. That day too Koki saw her DIL take her place in her son's life..
I think yesterday was more because even in Gopi's absence her son is not asking for her help. This was something he usually did before.. It is more to do with Ahem than with Gopi..

ok all others who do not agree to my rants above... here is one solid proof in a negative side so that koki bashers can see her

-Koki does not like to loose ,..she tries to prove that her decisions are right and she feels pride in her decisions...

- she choose gopi as her DIL... she wants to prove to Ahemji that her decision is right ...and she will see to it that Ahemji one day says that she took the right decision by getting gopi in his life...and she will be proud of her choice😃 and so will be my Ahemji😉

Yup. Seems to be a trick of the light.. 😃 Seeing the scene together, it looks like she is taking a huge breath and is determined about something. Maybe she expected him to ask her about Gopi but he just concentrated on the file and she is now determined to get it out of him..

Well, Ahem coming to the kitchen & Gopi doing chores for him is expected of her & Koki wants her DIL to take care of his hubby... but not the other way round dear. I'm ready to have a panja fight with you on this issue. Remember the foot message, hair wash...she told Ahem loud & clear... why do you do these things...we are all here to take care of her needs you do office work only. This clearly shows her mentality. If you watch old videos... 5th may, precisely you'll see Koki always wanted a DIL who'll keep her trap shut & will dance only to Koki's tune not Ahem's. Here her son has started to dance on his wife's tune lol

Ya, I completely agree with you it is more to do with Ahem than Gopi. Koki is sad & bit mad...ummm I would say she is baffled to see her son in such a condition...missing his wife so crazily 😛😆.. You would agree with me that Ahem has always been a mom's boy, so in all fairness, it is fine for Koki to feel jealous and upset as well that her son has completely forgotten her. She knows in her heart that Gopi is a wonderful person ...Ahem could not have asked for a better life partner . In fact, she may feel the happiest the day Gohem decide to take their relationship to next level but till then her demons will try to bother her. Koki wants her supremacy in GOHEM relationship which I think is wrong.

So the drama I'm looking forward to is ...how Ahem will be true Saathiya to gopi without hurting Koki's ego😊

For the 2nd pic... it is not camera trick she is gulping her tear very clearly you can see the hole in her neck & she is crying or almost in tears that a mute girl like Gopi has had such an affect on my mighty son lol

Tina.. @ Bold.. Yes it shows her mentality. Koki then was very sure of being capable of taking care of her DIL. You see Ahem doing the household work now. 😆 Do you think she would have been confident letting Gopi in his care.. But he did override her decision and she did let him take the decision for his wife..As for the foot massage, she had specifically asked her DIL to let her know if there was any trouble..
And the hair wash, Koki was the most decent person that day.. She made sure that the room was cleaned. She was not angry that day but just embarrassed..
I do agree she wants Gopi to obey her. But then it is for Gopi's own good. But when it comes to Ahem's decisions on Gopi, she has always given him the right to override her decisions..
